Q: I was doing Dry breastfeeding to my Husband as per his Wish since married. Which make him quite satisfied and i also feel happy to fulfil his wish. But the problem is since the Baby is born, i am lactating, so i have to feed my Milk to both of them. Although, i have no problem, but someone told me its not Halal.
To this context, i recited the Holy Quran, But there is nothing except ” Biwian Khetyan hein, Husband jis tara Ayen aur Jis tara jayen” & ” its the formost duty of the wives to fulfil the needs of the Husbands”. Whereas, in most of the Fatwas; They say, that it does not effect the Relation of Husband and Wife, its Halal but husband should not Suck”
I am very worried, as there is nothing forbidden in Quran and Muftis have different opinion. While i do not want to let down the wish of my Husband. As he feels upset, if i deny to feed because he got habitual.I also do not want that, as he feels happy and satisfied, once he come home tired and and after sucking my breasts he fills very calm and satisfied.He treats me very nicely since i am fukfiling his need and i am happy with this as well. As i feel natural Peasure and satisfaction after feeding my child and Husband.Just want to know, shall i carry on Breastfeeding him for our happy life.

How Zaleem and unjust your husband and you are to deprive the infant of the provision which Allaah has provided for it! Allaah produces milk in mother’s breasts as a means of sustenance for baby, not for the satisfaction and joy of husband. Allaah commands mother to suckle the baby for a period of two years. Allaah says, (translation) “The mothers should suckle their children for two whole years, (that is) for those (parents) who desire to complete the term of suckling, but the father of the child shall bear the cost of the mother’s food and clothing on a reasonable basis. No person shall have a burden laid on him greater than he can bear. No mother shall be treated unfairly on account of her child, nor father on account of his child. And on the (father’s) heir is incumbent the like of that (which was incumbent on the father). If they both decide on weaning, by mutual consent, and after due consultation, there is no sin on them. And if you decide on a foster suckling-mother for your children, there is no sin on you, provided you pay (the mother) what you agreed (to give her) on a reasonable basis. And fear Allah and know that Allah is All-Seer of what you do.” (Suratul-Baqarah 02:233)
After the completion of suckling period, the milk which was the means of infant’s sustenance becomes Haraam and unlawful for the rest of its life. Therefore, the consumption of human milk after suckling period without any Shar’ee reason is Haraam and a major sin. Whoever commits this grave sin purposely or by mistake must repent and refrain from it in future. (Raddul Muhtaar Aladdurril Mukhtaar, Kitaabur-Razaa’)
Ask your husband to make sincere Taubah and you must repent as well for helping him commit the crime. There is no obedience to creature in disobedience to the Creator. (Masnad Imaam Ahmad)

Respected mufti sb.AssalamuAlaykum.I have a brother-in -law(devar)who is 17 years old.He is a born abnormal child.Therefore he does’nt have all the feelings and senses.He cannot talk, cannot run properly.He is dependant on others for clothing and washing himself in toilet.Otherwise he is a sweat kid,Allah’s special gift to us.I wanted to ask you that do i need to observe hijab (cover my head) even infront of him all the time?I know the Hadees where Rasool ALLAH SAW.asked sahabis to observe pardah even in front of a blind person.Mufti sb. blind person cannot see but his senses are very strong.But what about a person whose senses are not developed properly and who is as innocent as a child?Please satisfy my query.May ALLAH taalla bless you.ALLAH HAFIZ

If the child or the individual is of that condition then it will be permissibble to appear before him without the hijab . However you should be dressed modestly and respectfully.In Saheeh bukhaari there is a narration wherein an incident is mentioned of a muklhannas who normally have permission of entry amongst women.On one occasion he was asked by a sahaabi looking for a suitable girl for marrige of any girl he could recommend. He described a certain girl by explaining her figure to him which rasulullaah salallaahu allayhi wasallam overheard. That mukhannas was forbidden entry amongst the women because of hisawareness of the female body. Therefore if this individual has no awareness of secuality then it will be permissible.

Mein 21 years hoon aur 14 saal ke umar se periods (mahina) irregular hai…kabhi kabhi toh dawa khaani padti hai periods har mahine laane ke liye…bahut ilaaj karaya hain lekin koi faayda nahi hai…aap please koi wazeefa bataiye jisse ki periods aana regular ho jaye aur dawa khane ki zarurat na pada?

AAp haiz aate waqt 7 dane kholanji lekar paani men rakhlena raat barhke aur doosre dinsubah surah ffatihaa uspae 7 marthabah bismillaah ke saath parhle. Phir paani aur kolunji samait peele. Insha ALLAH theek hoga.
I have been facing a problem of white discharge (safed paani) for the past year. i am not able to pray or read Quran because of this problem.. Kindly suggest some treatment for this.
ASSALAAMU ALAYKUM
white discharge does not prevent one from performing of salaah and neithr does it stop you from tilaawat of qur;aan. When one is in ther monthly menstruals then only are they not allowed to read. However in this case one will make wudhu for every salaah time and perform her salaah and make tilaawat with that wudhu. The renewal of wudhu will be when the new time sets in or if wudhu breaks by normal circumstances.
This discharge normally occurs when there is irregularity in ones urinal tract. this mainly occurs when eating fod that gives off heat like beef etc.Maybe cutting down on it will help in the problem.

Mufti Saahab my aunty is facing some problem of uterus, doctors told that there is some wound in her uterus and suggested shock treatment, which she cannot afford it and also she is having some pain in her hands, legs, and feet and she gets fatigued very easily. One of the aalim we know here said that there is some asraat on her. please suggests some vazaif, so that i can give her. Awaiting your response. Jazak-Allah.

Ask her to read surah bald three times daily after maghrib and bloe on water and drink it. InshaALLAH she will experience some relief.
Please advice RAMDHAN FASTING can be STARTED after 15 DAYS OF ABORTION OF FETOUS OR waiting 40 DAYS as in incase of delivery.
ASSALAAMU ALAYKUM
It the child is aborted through miscarriage and the foetus is fully formed then she will have to wait the period of nifaas which is a maximum period of 40 days.
If not formed fully then it will be regarded as haidh.

Hair on the face is natual to many women and requires medication for removal.Reading of a wazeefa will not remove it.
iam allah fearing muslim n so would like to know if it is an obligation to wear abayya while going outside presently i wear churidar and i cover my head n body wid the long wide shawal pls let me also know if it is complusary 2 wear a scarf pinning it arround ma neck.

The Adorning of hijab and niqab is compulsory on all muslim believing women. This is the direct command of ALLAH in the qur’aan. Dressing in clothes that reveal the body curves are haraam and forbidden.In Bukhaari there is a hadeeth that is narrated from Sayyidatina Ayesha Radhiyallahu anha that it is only permissible for a woman to leave open an eye to see the path with.
As for leaving the home unveiled i believe one is committing a sin, a major sin.
In Tafsir jalaalain in verse 33 of surah ahzaab it is mentioned,_
{ وَقَرْنَ فِي بُيُوتِكُنَّ وَلاَ تَبَرَّجْنَ تَبَرُّجَ ٱلْجَاهِلِيَّةِ ٱلأُولَىٰ وَأَقِمْنَ ٱلصَّلاَةَ وَآتِينَ ٱلزَّكَـاةَ وَأَطِعْنَ ٱللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ إِنَّمَا يُرِيدُ ٱللَّهُ لِيُذْهِبَ عَنكُـمُ ٱلرِّجْسَ أَهْلَ ٱلْبَيْتِ وَيُطَهِّرَكُمْ تَطْهِيـراً }
And stay in your houses (read qirna or qarna, derived from al-qarār, and is actually, aqrirna or aqrarna from qarirtu or qarartu: the vowelling of the rā’ is moved to the qāf and [the rā’] is omitted together with the conjunctive hamza) and do not flaunt your finery (tabarrajna, with one of the two original tā’ [of tatabarrajna] letters omitted) in the [flaunting] manner of the former Time of Ignorance, in other words, before Islam, when they used to display their beauty to men — [the stipulation regarding] such ‘displays’ after [the coming of] Islam is mentioned in the verse: and not to display their adornment except what is apparent [Q. 24:31]. And maintain prayer and pay the alms, and obey God and His Messenger. Indeed God will but to rid you of sin, O, People of the House, in other words, [O] women of the Prophet (s), and to purify you, of it, with a thorough purification.

The maximum period for haidh is 10 days. If it continues for more then that, then it will be regarded as istihaadhaa and a person will take a bathe and thereafter perform a new wudhu for every salaah time.The qadhaa of the 11 days salaah missed has also to be fulfilled.

I gave birth to a child and my forty days are completed on 10th Dec 2009. But I am still bleeding perhaps my normal menses cycle has changed and I am bleeding after my forty days of postpartum. Am I supposed to offer my regular prayers during this bleeding. And can I have sexual intercourse with husband?

After completion of forty days of postparum, any blood seen is regarded as istihaadhaa and therefore one will have to perform wudhu for every salaah and perform salaah. Relationship with husband will be allowed.

i am 27yrs old married female with 7 kids i got married when i was 14….i am happy with my husband and family and now i want to stop giving birth to babys and my husband is not understanding my problem that i m handling 7 kids there need thr school everything i have to lookafter in home and my age is so young to all of this but happily i m doing my job but now i want to give my all time to my prenst kids mashallah tell me if i am wrong if my wish to stop giving birth to kids and mentaly i m distrup now to handle more kids…..thank you

Steril;izing oneself will only be permissible under the condition of illness and threat of loss of life during child birth.Although i fully sympathize with your situation but under circumstances mentioned sterilization is not allowed.
M very depressed. Since the time my periods hav started, they are irregular. I have had many treatments but the result isn’t fruitful!
M also suffering from the problem of brown spotting on and off which makes me really sick! Sum ppl told me dat i can offer my Salah in this condition but m unable to determine how to maintain hygienic condition. Bcoz of all this , M unable to offer my Salah punctually and this makes me really worried!

If a person suffers from istihaadhaa then salaah in that condition is compulsory. As long as you wear protection that prevents soiling of your clothes then all you do is make wudhu for every salaah and perform your salaah.

Aurat ke liye perfume waghairah lagakar baahir nikalna har haal men jaaiz nahin. Ramadhaan men sirf nahin. Koi cheez jis se khushbu mahekti he , usko lagakar baahir nikalna baais e lanat he Huzur Aqdas salal lahu alayhi wasallam ke farman ke mutaabiq.

Removal of unwanted hair is permissible in roza. Ghusal will not be necessary. Surah baqarah kis nniyyat se parh hi jaai, woh bataade.

i have been married for 4 years and suffer from a condition called “vaginismus” this is means my husband cannot penetrate because of the pain i feel. Doctor has given me dilators/trainers which i use to strech my vagina but its not working and thats the only treatment for this problem.
Could you please suggest a strong dua/wazifa to overcome this problem. Its been 4 years its gone on 4 too long.

2 Cutting or shaving of the pubic hair should be done weekly or fortnightly. It should not be left uncut for more then forty days. It is known that certain hair removers do cause irritation. Therefore test which is suitable for your skin. One should not leave the hair uncut as it is unhealthy and can cause deseases.

Q: I was doing Dry breastfeeding to my Husband as per his Wish since married. Which make him quite satisfied and i also feel happy to fulfil his wish. But the problem is since the Baby is born, i am lactating, so i have to feed my Milk to both of them. Although, i have no problem, but someone told me its not Halal.
To this context, i recited the Holy Quran, But there is nothing except ” Biwian Khetyan hein, Husband jis tara Ayen aur Jis tara jayen” & ” its the formost duty of the wives to fulfil the needs of the Husbands”. Whereas, in most of the Fatwas; They say, that it does not effect the Relation of Husband and Wife, its Halal but husband should not Suck”
I am very worried, as there is nothing forbidden in Quran and Muftis have different opinion. While i do not want to let down the wish of my Husband. As he feels upset, if i deny to feed because he got habitual.I also do not want that, as he feels happy and satisfied, once he come home tired and and after sucking my breasts he fills very calm and satisfied.He treats me very nicely since i am fukfiling his need and i am happy with this as well. As i feel natural Peasure and satisfaction after feeding my child and Husband.Just want to know, shall i carry on Breastfeeding him for our happy life.

How Zaleem and unjust your husband and you are to deprive the infant of the provision which Allaah has provided for it! Allaah produces milk in mother’s breasts as a means of sustenance for baby, not for the satisfaction and joy of husband. Allaah commands mother to suckle the baby for a period of two years. Allaah says, (translation) “The mothers should suckle their children for two whole years, (that is) for those (parents) who desire to complete the term of suckling, but the father of the child shall bear the cost of the mother’s food and clothing on a reasonable basis. No person shall have a burden laid on him greater than he can bear. No mother shall be treated unfairly on account of her child, nor father on account of his child. And on the (father’s) heir is incumbent the like of that (which was incumbent on the father). If they both decide on weaning, by mutual consent, and after due consultation, there is no sin on them. And if you decide on a foster suckling-mother for your children, there is no sin on you, provided you pay (the mother) what you agreed (to give her) on a reasonable basis. And fear Allah and know that Allah is All-Seer of what you do.” (Suratul-Baqarah 02:233)
After the completion of suckling period, the milk which was the means of infant’s sustenance becomes Haraam and unlawful for the rest of its life. Therefore, the consumption of human milk after suckling period without any Shar’ee reason is Haraam and a major sin. Whoever commits this grave sin purposely or by mistake must repent and refrain from it in future. (Raddul Muhtaar Aladdurril Mukhtaar, Kitaabur-Razaa’)
Ask your husband to make sincere Taubah and you must repent as well for helping him commit the crime. There is no obedience to creature in disobedience to the Creator. (Masnad Imaam Ahmad)

Respected mufti sb.AssalamuAlaykum.I have a brother-in -law(devar)who is 17 years old.He is a born abnormal child.Therefore he does’nt have all the feelings and senses.He cannot talk, cannot run properly.He is dependant on others for clothing and washing himself in toilet.Otherwise he is a sweat kid,Allah’s special gift to us.I wanted to ask you that do i need to observe hijab (cover my head) even infront of him all the time?I know the Hadees where Rasool ALLAH SAW.asked sahabis to observe pardah even in front of a blind person.Mufti sb. blind person cannot see but his senses are very strong.But what about a person whose senses are not developed properly and who is as innocent as a child?Please satisfy my query.May ALLAH taalla bless you.ALLAH HAFIZ

If the child or the individual is of that condition then it will be permissibble to appear before him without the hijab . However you should be dressed modestly and respectfully.In Saheeh bukhaari there is a narration wherein an incident is mentioned of a muklhannas who normally have permission of entry amongst women.On one occasion he was asked by a sahaabi looking for a suitable girl for marrige of any girl he could recommend. He described a certain girl by explaining her figure to him which rasulullaah salallaahu allayhi wasallam overheard. That mukhannas was forbidden entry amongst the women because of hisawareness of the female body. Therefore if this individual has no awareness of secuality then it will be permissible.

Mein 21 years hoon aur 14 saal ke umar se periods (mahina) irregular hai…kabhi kabhi toh dawa khaani padti hai periods har mahine laane ke liye…bahut ilaaj karaya hain lekin koi faayda nahi hai…aap please koi wazeefa bataiye jisse ki periods aana regular ho jaye aur dawa khane ki zarurat na pada?

I have been facing a problem of white discharge (safed paani) for the past year. i am not able to pray or read Quran because of this problem.. Kindly suggest some treatment for this.
ASSALAAMU ALAYKUM
white discharge does not prevent one from performing of salaah and neithr does it stop you from tilaawat of qur;aan. When one is in ther monthly menstruals then only are they not allowed to read. However in this case one will make wudhu for every salaah time and perform her salaah and make tilaawat with that wudhu. The renewal of wudhu will be when the new time sets in or if wudhu breaks by normal circumstances.
This discharge normally occurs when there is irregularity in ones urinal tract. this mainly occurs when eating fod that gives off heat like beef etc.Maybe cutting down on it will help in the problem.

Mufti Saahab my aunty is facing some problem of uterus, doctors told that there is some wound in her uterus and suggested shock treatment, which she cannot afford it and also she is having some pain in her hands, legs, and feet and she gets fatigued very easily. One of the aalim we know here said that there is some asraat on her. please suggests some vazaif, so that i can give her. Awaiting your response. Jazak-Allah.

Please advice RAMDHAN FASTING can be STARTED after 15 DAYS OF ABORTION OF FETOUS OR waiting 40 DAYS as in incase of delivery.

It the child is aborted through miscarriage and the foetus is fully formed then she will have to wait the period of nifaas which is a maximum period of 40 days.
If not formed fully then it will be regarded as haidh.

Hair on the face is natual to many women and requires medication for removal.Reading of a wazeefa will not remove it.

The Adorning of hijab and niqab is compulsory on all muslim believing women. This is the direct command of ALLAH in the qur’aan. Dressing in clothes that reveal the body curves are haraam and forbidden.In Bukhaari there is a hadeeth that is narrated from Sayyidatina Ayesha Radhiyallahu anha that it is only permissible for a woman to leave open an eye to see the path with.
As for leaving the home unveiled i believe one is committing a sin, a major sin.
In Tafsir jalaalain in verse 33 of surah ahzaab it is mentioned,_
{ وَقَرْنَ فِي بُيُوتِكُنَّ وَلاَ تَبَرَّجْنَ تَبَرُّجَ ٱلْجَاهِلِيَّةِ ٱلأُولَىٰ وَأَقِمْنَ ٱلصَّلاَةَ وَآتِينَ ٱلزَّكَـاةَ وَأَطِعْنَ ٱللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ إِنَّمَا يُرِيدُ ٱللَّهُ لِيُذْهِبَ عَنكُـمُ ٱلرِّجْسَ أَهْلَ ٱلْبَيْتِ وَيُطَهِّرَكُمْ تَطْهِيـراً }
And stay in your houses (read qirna or qarna, derived from al-qarār, and is actually, aqrirna or aqrarna from qarirtu or qarartu: the vowelling of the rā’ is moved to the qāf and [the rā’] is omitted together with the conjunctive hamza) and do not flaunt your finery (tabarrajna, with one of the two original tā’ [of tatabarrajna] letters omitted) in the [flaunting] manner of the former Time of Ignorance, in other words, before Islam, when they used to display their beauty to men — [the stipulation regarding] such ‘displays’ after [the coming of] Islam is mentioned in the verse: and not to display their adornment except what is apparent [Q. 24:31]. And maintain prayer and pay the alms, and obey God and His Messenger. Indeed God will but to rid you of sin, O, People of the House, in other words, [O] women of the Prophet (s), and to purify you, of it, with a thorough purification.

The maximum period for haidh is 10 days. If it continues for more then that, then it will be regarded as istihaadhaa and a person will take a bathe and thereafter perform a new wudhu for every salaah time.The qadhaa of the 11 days salaah missed has also to be fulfilled.

I gave birth to a child and my forty days are completed on 10th Dec 2009. But I am still bleeding perhaps my normal menses cycle has changed and I am bleeding after my forty days of postpartum. Am I supposed to offer my regular prayers during this bleeding. And can I have sexual intercourse with husband?

After completion of forty days of postparum, any blood seen is regarded as istihaadhaa and therefore one will have to perform wudhu for every salaah and perform salaah. Relationship with husband will be allowed.

Steril;izing oneself will only be permissible under the condition of illness and threat of loss of life during child birth.Although i fully sympathize with your situation but under circumstances mentioned sterilization is not allowed.

M very depressed. Since the time my periods hav started, they are irregular. I have had many treatments but the result isn’t fruitful!
M also suffering from the problem of brown spotting on and off which makes me really sick! Sum ppl told me dat i can offer my Salah in this condition but m unable to determine how to maintain hygienic condition. Bcoz of all this , M unable to offer my Salah punctually and this makes me really worried!

If a person suffers from istihaadhaa then salaah in that condition is compulsory. As long as you wear protection that prevents soiling of your clothes then all you do is make wudhu for every salaah and perform your salaah.

i have been married for 4 years and suffer from a condition called “vaginismus” this is means my husband cannot penetrate because of the pain i feel. Doctor has given me dilators/trainers which i use to strech my vagina but its not working and thats the only treatment for this problem.
Could you please suggest a strong dua/wazifa to overcome this problem. Its been 4 years its gone on 4 too long.

2 Cutting or shaving of the pubic hair should be done weekly or fortnightly. It should not be left uncut for more then forty days. It is known that certain hair removers do cause irritation. Therefore test which is suitable for your skin. One should not leave the hair uncut as it is unhealthy and can cause deseases.
