is this chiken are halal because i saw blood and vail in the food wich is they feed to chikens in forms
    Assalaamu alaykum
chicken is halaah for consumption and a chicken that is roaming and eats dirt etc should be kept seperate for three days and then slayghtered. If not done then too it will still be halaal but undesireable.

    Asslam o Alaikum Warahmatullah
I intend to do Aqiqa for my to-be-born baby boy. Is Aqiqa Sunnat-e-Muakkadah or Sunnat-e-GhairMuakkadah on seventh day of baby born or we can do it any time in a year.
Can I distribute the meat of slaughtered animal among my relatives or do I have to cook it and then feed my relatives / poor people.
Please suggest the best / afzal / mustahsan way of doing Aqiqa?
    Jazakallaho Khaira

aQEEQAH IS A SUNNAH MUAKKADAH AND CAN BE PERFORMED ON THE SEVENTH OR THE FOUTEENTH OR THE TWENTY FIRST AS MENTIONED IN HADEETH. THE MEAT CAN BE COOKED OR DISTRIBUTED TO FAMILY AND FRIENDS. iT ONE WISHES TO MAKE THE AQEEQA AFTER THE 21 THEN THEY SHOULD DO IT IN CIRCLE OF SEVEN DAYS, EHICH IS VERY SIMPLE.EG IF A CHILD IS BORN ON MONDAY THEN THE AQEEQA SHOULD BE DONE ON SUNDAY
WHETHER IIIN SEVEN DAYS OR ANY SEVEN THEREAFTER. tHE AQEEQAH FOR A BOY IS TWO SHEEP/GOATS AND ONE FOR A GIRL.

    Salam o Alaikum
Can some one take 2 shares out of 7 in a cow to be slaughtered on Eid-ul-Azha with the intention of Aqiqa? will this suffice the aqiqa sunnat?
    Wa alaykumus Salaam
Yes it will suffice and will be accepted.

  4. If the chicken is slaughter by machine(instead of hand) and person is reading TAKBEER(he don’t got to read on each )because machine go faster then human. Can we eat this chicken or it is hala ZABIHA or not? Please answer my question ASAP.
    Jazakallah
    ASSALAAMU ALAYKUM!!!!
One of the conditions of zabah is that the slaughterer is a muslim. The second is that Tasmiyyah be read. We are clearly stopped from eating or consuming any slaughtered animal without tasmiyyah being read on it.(surah An’aam). This prooves that the slaughtering has to be by hand and physically carried out. Therefore slaughter by machine is not acceptable.

    • Waqas Javed says:

Bismillah perh ker non-zabeeha (chicken, beef..) kha saktay hain…when ur body really need red meet and halal meat is not available around? But the thing is, Allah kay naam per jo food nahi haay wo nahi kha saktay! right? to phir Allah ka naam us per khanay say pahlay jo lay liya hay..to phir kha saktay hain? man i hv seen mostly arabs doing that..specially i hv seen sunnis doing that. so please help me out in this fatwah u know…it would be a big help. Jazakallah-ul-kher”
      ASSALAAMU ALAYKUM!!
To partake of food that have not be slaughtered with the name of ALLAH being read on it is haraam and carrion. The recital of bismillah on haraam does not make it halal.
The Explanation of the verse which many misqoute is given here:-
      { وَلاَ تَأْكُلُواْ مِمَّا لَمْ يُذْكَرِ ٱسْمُ ٱللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ وَإِنَّهُ لَفِسْقٌ وَإِنَّ ٱلشَّيَٰطِينَ لَيُوحُونَ إِلَىۤ أَوْلِيَآئِهِمْ لِيُجَٰدِلُوكُمْ وَإِنْ أَطَعْتُمُوهُمْ إِنَّكُمْ لَمُشْرِكُونَ }

(And eat not of that whereon Allah’s name hath not been mentioned) of immolated animals intentionally, (for lo! it is abomination) i.e. eating it without a necessity is a sin and declaring it lawful, in denial of the revelation, is an act of disbelief. (Lo! the devils do inspire) whisper to (their minions) Abu’l-Ahwas and his folk (to dispute with you) regarding the consumption of the meat of carrion, idolatry and about the angels being the daughters of Allah. (But if you obey them) in their idolatry and the consumption of the meat of carrion, declaring it lawful without being in dire need of it, (ye will be in truth idolaters) like them.

Can we trim our mustaches and remove our under arm hair etc. if we have intended to do Qurbani on account of Eid-ul-Azha after Zil Hij moon sighted.
    Wa alaykumus Salaam
It iis a sunnah of Rasulullaah salallahu layhi wasallam that we do not cut of our hair and nails if we are to do qurbaani. However if we do cut our hair or nails then our qurbaani will be accepted but we would have deprived ourselves of a great sunnah.

  6. yasir says:

if one wishes to take a share in a bull that is being slaughtered for qurbaani,as aqeeqa,is it right or erong?
    ASSALAAMU ALAYKUM!!!!!1
YES IT IS PERMISSIBLE TO DO SO.

  7. yasir says:

The method of aqeeqah is that if a boy is born, two goats or two sheep should be slaughtered. If a girl is born, one goat or one sheep should be slaughtered. Alternatively, could one wishes to take a share in a bull that is being slaughtered for qurbaani, then two shares should be taken for a boy and one share for a girl. is it possible?
    ASSALAAMU ALAYKUM
    YES IT IS PERMISSIBLE.
