    Can you post those 600 ayahs or refer me to any books that speak specifically about them
    Try and get the book ahkaamul quraan of imam jassaaaaaaas rahimahullaah. It is in arabic.

    I have an inquiry about Surah Hujurat. I know there are some specific verses in relation to social conduct, and here Allah SWT has commanded us to follow these instructions.

    And, Alhamdulilah, with Allah’s mercy, I am strictly following those rules, and treating others properly as true muslims should. However, there are many people around me (who are also muslims) that do not abide by these rules mentioned in these verses. And, it feels to me as if they are not follwing these rules, because they are going against it, and treating others badly, and I am also amongst the ones that have been hurt. I don’t know what to do because I know that I am following Allah’s commands, but i feel hurt because I am not being treated the same way, and was treated in a very harsh manner, and they are totally contradicting to what Allah SWT’s commands are in these verses referring to social conduct. The reason it is bothering me is because they are a part of my extended family, and I have to continue meeting with them, becuase Allah commands us to be kind to them. How am i supposed to not let this bother me and continue following Allah’s commands. Maybe if you could give me some kind of guidance. I know that now alot of people are going farther away from Islam, and not focusing on how to treat others well, especially if they are your fellow muslims.

    Surah hujuraat explains five essential social issues which are necessary for our salvation. Infortunately our muslims have opted to adopt the culture and mannerisms of the western societies failing prey to bad habits without even realising it. May ALLAH give us understanding about the values system we have and let “HE” grant us the ability to live by it. Ameen.
    As far as your problem goes , this is nothing new in society. If all people were law abiding then this world would become a jannah. However you will always find the odd element which causes pain and sorrow.I normally tell people that the day all our fingers are equal in length then only will all trials and tribulations disappear. Similar incidents happened in the time of Rasulullaah salallaahu alayhi wa sallam as well. A certain sahaabi radhiyallahu anhu came up to rasulullaah saaws and complained of his family who were always disrespectful with him causing him pain and agony. He asked permission to break ties from them. Rasulullaah saaws ordered him to join ties even if they continue. (this is because he will be fulfilling his duty and will be safe in the hereafter whereas they will suffeer punishment for their ill doings)(muslim)
    Therefore do not worry of their wrongdongs, rather do what you have to do. In realty we do things for the pleasure of ALLAH and not for worldly gain. You will recieve your reward doublefold , one for fulfilling your duty and the other for exerting patience. May ALLAH reward you in your silemma.

  5. Asalamualaikum, I wanted to know the importance of Huqooqal Ebad. I am aware that it is an extremely important concept in our religion, and is something that we will be taken to account for on Yowm-al Qiyamah if we haven’t treated the creation properly. Isn’t it true that we can get away with other things regarding Allah’s rights, only if Allah has mercy on us, but we won’t be able to get away with causing grief to others? If you could elaborate on this issue, jazakAllah khairun.
    In deen there are two types of rights:-
    1. huqooqullaah- rights of ALLAH
    2. huqooqulibaad- rights of the creation.
    Both these huqooq need to be fulfilled.
    However the huqooqullaah if there is any shortfallings in them then if ALLAH wishes on the day of qiyaamah,HE may forgive a person. However it comes in a hadeeth that on the day of qiyaamah a person will come with good deeds to the amount of a huge mountain and it will be placed on the scale. People will come forward and clim against him for the rights of theirs that he usurped by abusing them , robbing them, disgracing them,etc and an announcement will be made that give them from his good deeds as repayment, then the angels will announce that his deeds are up and the queue is not lessening. An announcement will be made that take there sins and put it on his scale. He then will be taken and flung into the fire of jahannam.(muslim) Therefore we need to fulfill others rights instead of demanding our rights.

    In surat Al-Nissa verse 137, it says about the people who believe, then disbelieve then believe etc. that Allah will not forgive them. I went in the tafsir of Ibn kathir for explanation and he said that Ali(ra) said the istitabat of the murtadd is accepted only three times. Does this mean that such a person after three times of apostasy can not repent. I am asking because I know people who left islam more than three times. Should I call them to tawbat or not. of them repented but seems despaired because of his understanding of the ayat.

    Imaan is an act of the heart and thereforerequires full hearted commitment to it. A person entering and leaving islaam shows that he is not really committed to it but rather playing and mocking it. (ALLAH forbid). The entering and leaving islam like that is a trait of nifaaq and hypocrisy. They should sincerely repent otherwise their end will be on kufr. That is wat the ayat implies.As it mentions the more they makr irtidaad the stronger kufr becomes in their heart.

    Abu Huraira reported Allah’s Messenger (may peace be upon him) many ahadith and one of them was this: The last Hour will not come until the two parties (of Muslims) confront each other and there is a large-scale massacre amongst them and the claim of both of them is the same. (Bukhari)

    No it does not refer to the shia and sunni but rather to two groups of sunni who show differences politically.The shia ar not from Islam, i.e. the jafariyyah, ithna ashariyyah, rawaafidhaa.

    خدا تمہاری اولاد کے بارے میں تم کو ارشاد فرماتا ہے کہ ایک لڑکے کا حصہ دو لڑکیوں کے حصے کے برابر ہے۔ اور اگر اولاد میت صرف لڑکیاں ہی ہوں (یعنی دو یا) دو سے زیادہ تو کل ترکے میں ان کادو تہائی۔ اور اگر صرف ایک لڑکی ہو تو اس کا حصہ نصف۔ اور میت کے ماں باپ کا یعنی دونوں میں سے ہر ایک کا ترکے میں چھٹا حصہ بشرطیکہ میت کے اولاد ہو۔ اور اگر اولاد نہ ہو اور صرف ماں باپ ہی اس کے وارث ہوں تو ایک تہائی ماں کا حصہ۔ اور اگر میت کے بھائی بھی ہوں تو ماں کا چھٹا حصہ۔ (اور یہ تقسیم ترکہ میت کی) وصیت (کی تعمیل) کے بعد جو اس نے کی ہو یا قرض کے (ادا ہونے کے بعد جو اس کے ذمے ہو عمل میں آئے گی) تم کو معلوم نہیں کہ تمہارے باپ دادؤں اور بیٹوں پوتوں میں سے فائدے کے لحاظ سے کون تم سے زیادہ قریب ہے، یہ حصے خدا کے مقرر کئے ہوئے ہیں اور خدا سب کچھ جاننے والا اور حکمت والا ہے

    اور جو مال تمہاری عورتیں چھوڑ مریں۔ اگر ان کے اولاد نہ ہو تو اس میں نصف حصہ تمہارا۔ اور اگر اولاد ہو تو ترکے میں تمہارا حصہ چوتھائی۔ (لیکن یہ تقسیم) وصیت (کی تعمیل) کے بعد جو انہوں نے کی ہو یا قرض کے (ادا ہونے کے بعد جو ان کے ذمے ہو، کی جائے گی) اور جو مال تم (مرد) چھوڑ مرو۔ اگر تمہارے اولاد نہ ہو تو تمہاری عورتوں کا اس میں چوتھا حصہ۔ اور اگر اولاد ہو تو ان کا آٹھواں حصہ (یہ حصے) تمہاری وصیت (کی تعمیل) کے بعد جو تم نے کی ہو اور (ادائے) قرض کے (بعد تقسیم کئے جائیں گے) اور اگر ایسے مرد یا عورت کی میراث ہو جس کے نہ باپ ہو نہ بیٹا مگر اس کے بھائی بہن ہو تو ان میں سے ہر ایک کا چھٹا حصہ اور اگر ایک سے زیادہ ہوں تو سب ایک تہائی میں شریک ہوں گے (یہ حصے بھی ادائے وصیت و قرض بشرطیکہ ان سے میت نے کسی کا نقصان نہ کیا ہو (تقسیم کئے جائیں گے) یہ خدا کا فرمان ہے۔ اور خدا نہایت علم والا (اور) نہایت حلم والا ہے

    (یہ تمام احکام) خدا کی حدیں ہیں۔ اور جو شخص خدا اور اس کے پیغمبر کی فرمانبرداری کرے گا خدا اس کو بہشتوں میں داخل کرے گا جن میں نہریں بہہ رہی ہیں وہ ان میں ہمیشہ رہیں گے۔اور یہ بڑی کامیابی ہے

    They question you about the new moon. Tell them: it is to determine the periods of time for the benefit of mankind and for the Hajj (pilgrimage). It is not righteous to enter your houses from the back doors during Hajj times. Righteousness is to fear Allah. Enter your houses through the proper doors and fear Allah so that you may prosper.[189] 2:[189]

    { يَسْأَلُونَكَ عَنِ ٱلأَهِلَّةِ قُلْ هِيَ مَوَاقِيتُ لِلنَّاسِ وَٱلْحَجِّ وَلَيْسَ ٱلْبِرُّ بِأَن تَأْتُواْ ٱلْبُيُوتَ مِن ظُهُورِهَا وَلَـٰكِنَّ ٱلْبِرَّ مَنِ ٱتَّقَىٰ وَأْتُواْ ٱلْبُيُوتَ مِنْ أَبْوَابِهَا وَٱتَّقُواْ ٱللَّهَ لَعَلَّكُمْ تُفْلِحُونَ }

    (They ask thee (O Muhammad), of new moons) they ask you about the increase and decrease of the moon. (Say) O Muhammad! (They are fixed seasons for mankind) they are signs for people so that they pay back their debts and know the waiting periods of their women and the timing of their fast and the breaking of their fast (and for the pilgrimage) and for the timing of pilgrimage. This verse was revealed about Mu’adh Ibn Jabal when he asked the Prophet (pbuh) about the timing of the pilgrimage. (It is not righteousness) it is not an act of obedience or God-fearing (that ye go to houses by the backs thereof) during ritual consecration (ihram), (but the righteous man) the obedient person during the time of ritual consecration (is he who wardeth off (evil)) hunting and other things. (So go to the houses) enter the houses (by the gates thereof) by the gates you used to enter, (and observe your duty to Allah) fear Allah during the time of ritual consecration, (that ye may be successful) so that you will be spared Allah’s wrath and punishment. This verse was revealed about a group of Companions of the Prophet (pbuh) from the tribes of Kinanah and Khuza’ah, who used to enter their houses, during the time of ritual consecration, from the back or from the roof, as was the habit during the pre-Islamic era.

Agar 700 saal ki namazein bi qaza hui hongi to iske kaffare k liye ye namaz hai.
