I have a question about tahaarah.
1. One of the Imam told us that u can not remove the hairs from ur private parts on friday.
2. can we wash our cloths on friday.
3. Can we do sewpping (Jharo) in Mugrub time or not.
4. Can we cut or trim our nalis after Mugrib or sunset.
Plz answer these questions in the light of Islam .
these r all the things we heard from our elders ,need ur guidence in all these day to day matters.

All are baseless and amongst the false beliefs which have no Shar’ee ground. It recommended to clip nails and remove unnecessary hair on Friday. According to some narrations mentioned by Imaam Nawawiرحمه الله تعالى, clipping nails on Thursday is preferable. But undue delay up to Thursday or Friday is abominable. Qadhi Khan and the author of Durre Mukhtar رحمها الله تعالىhave mentioned that a person’s sustenance decreases because of his long nails. (Alamghiree, Kitabul Karahiyyah)
Once Khalifa Haroon Rashid asked Imam Abu Yusuf رحمه الله تعالىconcerning clipping of nails at night. Abu Yusuf replied in affirmative. The Khalifah asked for proof. Imaam Abu Yusufرحمه الله تعالى replied, “The Nabee of Allaah ﷺis reported to have said, “Acts of virtue need not be postponed.” (Ibid)

salam mufti sahab i am very tensed few months before i had urinary track infection i took medicine and now iam fine sometimes i feel that urine comes out but it is just a feeling my clothes does not wet from urine. when i comes from bathroom i feel one or two drops of urine before every prayer i change my pajama sometimes i feel urine during namaaz but it is just a feeling and i am wasting tooo much water for wudu my parents are angry with me for that what should i do can i just do wudu one time and leave it on ALLAH PLEASE i have a very serious gas problem as well please tell me as soon as you can

Make Wudhoo after you get complete satisfaction from the droplets of urine and do not break the Salaaah just because of mere doubt as this type of doubt is regarded Waswasah which is from Shaytaan Murdood to trouble the servants of Allaah and hence you should continue your Salaah without heeding to such doubts. But when you are sure about the discharge of that drops, then make Wudhoo and repeat the Salaah. You may perform Salaah without washing it from the body and clothes when it is less than one Dihram equivalent to the depth of the palm of the hand, though it is Makrooh not to wash it without any valid reason. But the washing of polluted body and clothes will be necessary when the discharge is more than one Dirham. Salaah will not be valid without purifying that amount of impurity. (Raddul Muhtaar Aladdurril Mukhtaar, Babul Anjaas)
Dear Sister, as a word of advice, use toilet few minutes earlier before you perform Salaah and place toiletpaper at the private part in a way that it absorbs the droplets and protects the clothes and body from being impure. On getting complete satisfaction from the droplets, make Wudhoo and read Salaah. This method will help you get rid of doubt and wastage of water.

salam mufti sahab i am very depressed i have continuous gas problem i make wudu from 15-20 minutes and wasting too much water . Here In khutba imam said it is very big sin wasting water but i have continuous problem ; am i considered as a mazur , should i just make one wudu before every prayer and leave it to ALLAH ; how many times i have to make wudu in this problem in every prayer . Darasl yeh waswaas he shaitaani chaal he ke insaan apni namaz ko qaza kare.shariat men aik usool he. Alyaqeenu laa yazulu bish shak” matlab shak se yaqeen ka izal nahin hota.
aap ne yaqenan wuzu karliy tu jab takyaqeenan peshab apko mahsoos(feel) na hojaiye tu uswaqt app ka wuzu barqarar he aur naye wuzu karne ki zaroorat nahin. Haan agar waaqi pishab ati hon tu har namaz keliye aik hi baar wuzu kaafi hoga aur app mazoor samjha jaega.

Aap sahib uzaae Samjha jaaega. Har namaz ke liye aap ko naya wuzu karna parega aur us namaaz ku jitne rakaaten hein aap ussi wuzu se parhsakti he.
After urinating if we clean our private part with tissue paper and it gets dry. Is it necessary to wash it with water or we can offer prayer after drying it with tissue paper?

If the effects of the urine are dried out by the usage of toilet paper than it will be permissible to perform salaah in that condition. However ALLAH SUBHAANAHU WA TA AALAA had praised those who use water as well as a cleanser in the qur’aan. Therefore it would be more appropriate to wash with water and then use the toilet paper. This ensures the removal of any bad odour that might remain.
While performing wudhu i get doubts as to weather i have passed wind or not, however there isn’t a sound or smell. So i continue, hoping that i haven’t and try telling myself its just waswas, so ignore it. In most cases i think to myself that ‘ i will not re-start the wudhu until there is a sound/smell’ is this right?
Also sometimes doubts occur during Prayer about having passed wind or not. At times there is no sound or smell or my stomach makes so much noises that i don’t know how to differentiate this from the sound of passing wind. Before i used to get a certain feeling which i used to see as a clear sign of passing wind, however that is happening to me so often now that i ignore it, as i think that i get it sometimes when i haven’t even released wind. When i experience this during Prayer, i carry on because i am so confused of the signs of passing wind now. If i stop and think about it i will lose my concentration, so i wait till the end and then make a decision on weather i have/have not.
Even more worrying is that nowadays while praying i can hear something and at times it feels as if something has left the body..my question is that it is happening all the time and i do pass wind a lot throughout the day..some days more than others..what should i do, i feel as if my wudhu keeps braking..i saw a doctor lately who prescribed some medicine…but it had alcohol in it, so im not taking it..
Another thing i would like to know is that is it better to pray sitting , if you think it will decrease the chance of passing wind and if you have this condition of getting excessive gas at times..is it better to Pray the Obligatory before the Supererogatory…i.e Praying 4 Fard then the 4 Sunnat?
Finally i have asked a few people about this they said that you can keep Praying with only one Wudhu within that prayer time… but im not certain weather this applies to my condition..because the amount of gas being passed changes some days its a lot.. then some days its not.(I have no idea when this wind will come/go it just happens).and i worry that i might be getting this mixed up with waswas…
I think it would be appropriate to note that during most Salaah Times..i am performing Wudhu Twice if not more…even whilst performing Ablution it breaks occasionally. Assalaamu alaykum
I very importantrule in shariah is ” alyaqeenu laa yazulu bish shak” meaningdoubt does not overpower reality.
If a person make wudhu for every salaah and performs his Salaah with it then as long as he is not sure of his wudhu breaking he should continue his salaah.If this condition is such that the gas and wind is continuous then you will be regarded a sahib uzr who only needs to make wudhu for every salaah.
He may read qur’aan , perform as much as nawafil he wants within that time.

A sister is experiencing ‘spotting’ at the time of a possible Menstruation (Since over 15 days of purity have elapsed), Should she be Praying in this condition..since the ‘spotting’ isnt continuous..One time she notices red, then yellow, then creame then white discharge, then red again…and so on…
She thinks that her Menstruation cycle is changing as normally most of the time, her previous cycles have been happening regularly..however this time she is noticing this spotting almost over 40 days from her last cycle. And hasn’t experienced ‘spotting’ similar to this where the colour of the discharge keeps changing.
scenario –
almost over 40 days after the previous cycle this happens –
day 1 – Notices red on the tissue twice..along with some clear discharge
day 2 – Notices red again however has been getting cream/yellow or white discharge that keeps changing in color
day 3 – Notices some other color discharge again (From the colors considered to be of menstrual blood) however later on she notices clear discharge so takes a bath and starts to Pray, however that night she see’s pinkish redish colour on the tissue again
Today – notices cream colour discharge …and white discharge…
Most important concern is that ‘the emission of white discharge’ is supposed to signify that one is not in the state of menstrual bleeding..however the color of the discharge keeps changing what should one do? and all this is happening at the time of a possible period..

‘girl’ see’s red spotting on the tissue, now she cant pray as she is in a state of menstrual bleeding
girl see’s yellow discharge she still is in the state of menstrual bleeding
girl see’s cream discharge she is still in the state of menstrual bleeding
girl then notices white/clear discharge now she is in a state of non-bleeding
not long after she is noticing colors in the discharge again..should she be doing all the things that a woman is allowed to do when not on a period?
Is it better to wait when one is experiencing spotting that isn’t continuous or do they have to Pray when in between there is white discharge?
and if one does ghusl pray then notices discharge that has a color to it, then there is white discharge do they have to repeat ghusl again..what if this is happening again and again? Assalaamu alaykum
Concerning discharge and its colours it is narrated by sayyidatina ayesha radhiyallahu anha that the women who send their menstrual clothes to the wives of rasululaah salallaahu alahu wasallam to ask if they are clean from their haidh. Rasulullaah salalaahu alayhi wa sallam replied, ” do not hasten till you see pure white discharge.” (tirmidhi).
All colours besides white will be regarded to be haidh if in the period of haidh. Heavy flow is not necesary to be regarded as haidh.If there was a long gap from the last aidh and the bleeding comes it will be regarded s a change of habit. Remember the minimum period for haidh is three days and maximum is ten. The period between the two will be a minimum of 15 days without a maximum period specified.If in the haidh period the spotting is noticed it will be regarded as the days of haidh. wHITE DISCHARGE IS NOT FROM HAIDH.

I need to ask you that will touching of private organ break ablution.
Also, after urinating & complete istinja I observe whenever I press my organ some minor quantity of drops come out, I am not sure if it is water or urine. I see it as water because when we wash our organ some water gets inside it and when we press it , it comes out. Could you please help will it be necessary to do intinja again if we press organ and some drops come out.

It seems you do suffer from urine droplet problem. It is quite a common problem and alhamdulillaah the solution for the inconvenience has been provided. All you do is to move around and also press out everything before making istinjaa. This is called istibraa.

I have been suffering from Itching. I take bath through Neem tree leaves water so itching doesn’t occur. Mashallah it has improved. My question is that if Neem Tree leaves boiled and mixed with normal and I take bath from it, will it be paak water for bath purpose, will my bath be valid after janabat.

Anything added to water that is initself clean and aids in cleansing the body will be permissible to use for bathing purposes.

All pubic hairs as well as hairs under armpitsshould be removed regularly, weekly if possible, If unable then forth nightly. It should be left unshaved for more then 40 days.All hairs around the private part should be shaved .
What should a person do if his wuzu gets destructed or finished during bajamaat prayers?
what is the order for imaam if this case happens with him during jamaat??
what are the orders for imaam if he recites three rakaats(by mistake) for taraveeh prayer instead of two rakaats?

If one breaks his wudhu in salaah then he should immediately make salaam, leave the jamaat and go and make wudhu. The best will be then to join the jamaat afresh.
If this happens to an imaam then he should pull and put someone from the back to take over his place.If people at the back are not aware what to do the he should break the salaah by salaam and ask someone else to lead the prayer.
If the imaam reads three instead of two, it will be preferable to join a rakaat to it and make it four and then make sajdah sahwa in the last rakaat. in such a case where he did not sit in tashahud in the second the first two will be regarded as taraaweeh and the other two will be regarded as nafl.

in surah baqarah , the issue of sexual relatonship with the wife is mentioned. Here is an explanation of the aayah as it appears in tafsir jalaalain :-
{ نِسَآؤُكُمْ حَرْثٌ لَّكُمْ فَأْتُواْ حَرْثَكُمْ أَنَّىٰ شِئْتُمْ وَقَدِّمُواْ لأَنْفُسِكُمْ وَٱتَّقُواْ ٱللَّهَ وَٱعْلَمُوۤاْ أَنَّكُمْ مُّلاَقُوهُ وَبَشِّرِ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ }
Your women are a tillage for you, that is, the place where you sow [the seeds of] your children; so come to your tillage, that is, the specified place, the front part, as, in whichever way, you wish, whether standing up, sitting down, lying down, from the front or the back: this was revealed in response to the Jews saying that if a person had vaginal intercourse with his wife from behind, the child would be born cross-eyed; and offer for your souls, righteous deeds, such as saying, ‘In the Name of God’ (bismillāh) when you commence intercourse; and fear God, in what He commands and prohibits; and know that you shall meet Him, at the Resurrection, where He will requite you according to your deeds; and give good tidings, of Paradise, to the believers, who feared Him.
In tafsir of sayyidina ibn abbas ra it is explained as follows :-
{ نِسَآؤُكُمْ حَرْثٌ لَّكُمْ فَأْتُواْ حَرْثَكُمْ أَنَّىٰ شِئْتُمْ وَقَدِّمُواْ لأَنْفُسِكُمْ وَٱتَّقُواْ ٱللَّهَ وَٱعْلَمُوۤاْ أَنَّكُمْ مُّلاَقُوهُ وَبَشِّرِ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ }
(Your women are a tilth for you (to cultivate)) He says: the vulvas of your wives are plantations for your offspring (so go to your tilth) your plantations (as ye will) as you please, from behind or front as long as the penetration is in the pudendum, (and send (good deeds) before you for your souls) righteous children, (and fear Allah) regarding penetrating your wives in their anus or having sex with them during menstruation, (and know that ye will (one day) meet Him) that you will see Him after you die and He will reward you according to your deeds. (Give glad tidings to believers (O Muhammad)) Allah says: give glad tidings, O Muhammad, to the believers, who ward off penetrating their wives in their anus and further abstain from having sex with them when they are menstruating, that Paradise will be theirs.
can you please tell me that is sex or any other sexual activity permissible with the pregnant wife?

As for relationship with your spouse in pregnancy , it is permissible.
ALLAH mentions in surah baqarah “-
[2:223]

If clothes are impure by sperm or urine & we normally wash them in conventional washing machines & start offering prayers & other worships after ironing.
Is it necessary to wash them first three times and then wash them in conventional washing machines or simply cleansing them via washing machine is sufficient to make them pure???

It the washing machine has a rinse function in it where it rinses and changes the water cyle then it will be sufficient. In other words if the machine is an automatic washer, however if it does not have a rinse function then we should rinses the clothes out before putting it in to the washing machine.

Please answer my query soon as it will decide my future. . This is very serious.I used to engage in a lot of masturbation. Now I have stopped. During my stay at a particular relative’s house, I used to watch lots of porn material. Then I did not care about being tahir or najis. I touched about everything in that room and in that building. Sometimes I used to touch things (e.g. bed, sit on chair, tv, remote, modem,door knobs, and various) with hands on which I has najassa(semen/madhi). I don’t remember which thing I touched with my hands wet with semen/madhi and which thing with dried hands of semen/madhi and which with clean hands. Sometimes I used to sit on chairs with soiled clothes.After I left the place , people must have touched things and then clean things which also got najis. So now I want to go back to live there? Now I pray and stay tahir. What should I do if I have to go ack there.Is everything there najees? Is there anyway to clean everything? Or should I consider that place to be najis forever? How can I clean tv,,mobile,laptop, fridge, microwave,sofas, shelves. People used to come in that room Are they impure too?

May i ask you a question too? Do you think the people do not wash their clothes nor their bodies? Similar, do you think that people do not clean and wipe their applainces and furniture? Even if it was stained it has been long cleaned.Make sincere toubah for having lived such a life and carry on by not thinking too much of the past.

Pls advise if urine and dung of Cow, Goat and Camel is pak or napak (najis)

The ung an urine of all animals that are regarded as edible and that are herbivorous by nature is regarded as najaasat khafeefah(lighter impurity) and requires washing if it occupies more than a quarter of the object, eg if it covers more than a quarter of the sleeve then washing it is compulsory.
i want to ask a question. I am a disable person, due to spinal cord injury and cant walk, and use wheel chair for daily activities. Can i use mud of Tayyumum instead of Wudu. I prefer wudu but my mother is old lady so can i do tayyumum. I cannt ask my mother many times to make me Wuhu. Also i cant control my urine and their is no isstanja for me as i used to keep urine tube which is passed to my urine bladder all time.
Do suggest me.

Since you are mobile by means of a wheelchair, tayyamum will not be permissible. However i suggest the you perform wudhu for your dhuhr salaah about 15 mins beffore dhuhr time elapses and as the time of asr sets in to perform asar with the same wudhu. Do the same for maghrieb and eshaa.Thios will ease the burden and also be a means of ease for your aged mother, Insha ALLAH.

That if a person watching movie and in movie there is a sean of sex is came after watching sean urine like water from penis is going on at this condition the bath is wajib or only wash that part of the body where the water is touched

If there is no erection and the liquid is thin and flowing then it will break your wudhu and you ave to wash that portion only.
P.S. Remember watching such scenes are haraam!!!

If a woman is pregnant , it is permissible for her to have sexual relationship with her during her pregnancy.For the mediclal issues i think you should consult your practitioner.

I hav a problm that urine droplets come from my private part when i perform namaz & u told me that i should make wudhu for every namaz & wrap tissue paper around my private part for every namaz……so i want to ask that if someday i dont have tissue paper for changing then at that time CAN I OFFER NAMAZ WITH DIRTY CLOTHES IN MASJID BEHIND IMAM SAHIB………

if a lady has a miscarriage at 9 weeks, the fetus looks like a piece of flesh but to the naked eye there are no limbs formed, is the bleeding afterwards haidh or nifaas?

If the fetus is less than four months then the bleeding will be regarded as haiz but if it is such that the features are formed then it will be regarded as nifaas.
As we know that one should not touch quran without ablutoin. Can one touch it for shifting from one place to another without ablution (when he is not jumbi)? 2ndly, can one read quran without ablution from cell phone or Digital quran?

To move the qur’aan without wudhu requires us to hold it with a cloth or the likes of it. It is preferrable to have wudhu when reading the qur’aan from a phone or a digital player. However if you do not have wudhu and you read from it make sure that you do not touch the screen that displays the verses.

Shaving with a razor is permissible but makruh(disliked). To use hair removing agents is better.

If One has sexual intercourse with one’s spouse then ghusl is Fardh. The ghusl becomes fardh on act whether discharge thats place or not.
Normal discharge without intercourse or masturbation is called mazi and requires one to wash it and make wudhu only.
To decrease the discharge go and consult a medical practitioner.

Mufti sahib i have obsessive compulsive disorder. In the past i wasted water after releiving myself from urine. But i didnt get satisfied that i m clean therefore i washed private parts again and again but still still i had the notion that i was not clean which made me waste water.
Secondly sometimes i repeated bismillah many times before wudhu. As i have obsessive compulsive disorder ,thoughts came to my mind that i have not pronounced it correctly so i did it again and again and wasted too much time on it. I think probably its waswasa from shaitan. Please tell me how get rid of these problems in the light of Quran and sunnah.

Also try and read the following wirdafter fajr and maghrib- the three quls three times each with bismillaah, inshaALLAH ot will help in your situation. The small index finger of the left hand should be used.. Some fuqahaa have mentioned the usage of the thumb as well as the index finger of the left hand.
2. In ihtilaam if wetness is found, no matter how small the quantity, ghusl will be compulsory.
I have question that if ppl are living in Foreign countries, there are only tissues in public toilts to use afterwards, so if we use wet tissues and clean our parts properly, is it ok to offer prayer after this ar we need to take bath?

I came to know that if somebody does not use Miswaak rather uses tooth brush to clean his teeth before any prayer & then makes ablution then reward of 70 times offering prayer will be awarded because purpose behind Miswaak is cleanliness and that one can achieve from Tooth brush as well.
Is it correct that person reward will increase 70 times even with tooth brush as it is famous Hadith that prayer offered with Miswaak is 70 times better to that which offered without Miswaak.
Is using Miswaak compulsory to attain that award mentioned in Hadith.

If someone has a wet dream/ihtilaam or masturbates and the semen touches the sofa or any other object, then wiping it clean in a manner that the stain an effect is gone will be sufficient. This will be done by washing where it is possible and by wiping it off with a damp clothe where water cannot be used. Remember this is only necessary when the objects have been polluted bytthe semen itself and not your touching it in that condition.

after masturbating i suspect i had touched few things while my hands are still wet, these things may include buttons to start fan and a varnished door. they had no effect and stain of semen but i just rubb the place with dry cloth, actually in case of buttons it is difficult to even whip light buttons with damp cloth because of current. now they are pak or not.

The secretion of mazi requires one to wash it our. It is regarded as najaasat. Therefore washing it out wil be compulsory and if more than a the diametre of the palm held close in size then salaah will not be accepted.
Mufti saheb can we use the henna/mehandi powder from the shop;which got some peservative.According to sharia will it be consider as sunnah as these are not fresh product.

The usage of henna/mahndi is specified in hadeeth, not fresh henna/mehndi. Therefore the modern mehndi will be permissible.

how can a thing be polluted without a stain? Since a cloth without a stain is not polluted therefore the others will not be effected.
Salaam, dried naapaki not visible ( semen /mahdhi/ wahdi is all over the place, house items. cannot remember whats has been touch, i under stand clean it. after cleaning the main touching naapaki with mr shean can not be 100% where was the naapaki . but touching well before cleaning and touching other stuff does it all become unclean, do we have to wipe evething with wet cloth.

Are you referring to a hower or lying in a bath tub? If while making ghusl in a shower then the wudhu will be correct and salaah will be correct.

Firstly to prevent the pollution of the clothes wear protection.In doing so there wioll be no need to wash the clothes. Only wudhu will be necessary.

Firstly it should be understood that reading the qur’aan without wudhu is less rewarding than with wudhu. Also to purposely not make wudhu and read from the mushaf is also a sin. Yes when there is no facilities for wudhu and one wants to read from the mobile without touching the screen, it will be regarded as permissible but should not be done habitually.
My question is that when we use condom, we can use same cloths after gusl.Becoz the cloths are not dirty if use condoms pls answer be about that use of condoms and cloths are using before intercourse.

The maximum period of nifaas is forty days andtherefore if it is the firt child forty days will have to pass before relationship with ones spouse.If after that a fixed period develops for the nifaas then it will be permissible to have relationship after the period is over and the blood has stopped on the period time, as in haidh.

1. It does not break the wudhu. This was the verdict of Sayyidina Ali and Sayyidina Jabir radhiyallahu anhumma. In fact it was said by them that if you think it to be najas then cut it off.
2. If ni impurity then washing is not necessary but it will be safer to wash in case there was najaasat.
As we know in fard gusul we have to wash our whole body;even if a single hair is remain dry the gusul will not be complete. We know we got wax in side our ears in that case if we flash water inside the ear will it fulfill the requirement of fard gusul.If it not do i have to clean my ear and again i have to do gusul and all the salat repeat.PLease help me.

Washing of the onternal part of the ear is not fardh. Hench the ghusal will be correct.
As I know that if mazi comes out, one needs to wash the effected area on cloth and body and then wuzu to get tahara. What is the hukum for the drop that comes out from the penus of the person who has chronic constipation? One comes to know about it when one feels that the shalwar was slightly stuck to the penus indicating that there was some drop that came out of the penus. Colour of the drop is not visible (neither on cloth nor on penus). In normal routine the drop of urine that comes out of the penus (after getting relieved from the call of nature) does not stick to cloth.

It will be regarded either as mazi or wafi. Wadi is an excretion that clears the urinal tract and is thick and sticky. Mazi and wagi haas the same ruling.

Pieshab ke katre se kapra naapak hojaate he. katre girne se insaan apne aapko bachaanaa chahiye. aasaan tareeqah yehi he ke azwa e makhsoos par khucch tissuepaper lagaayaa jaai taake kapre naapaak na hojaai aur jaise khtre nikle tu jaakar phir istinjaa kare aur wuzu karke namaaz parhe. Issi ko istribraa kahaa jaataa he jo huzur e aqdas salallaahu alayhi wasallam ki sikhaayi huwi tareeqah he.
I have chronic constipation and gastric problem due to which I cannot retain wuzu for long. This problem is with me since last more than 20 years. Another problem which is an outcome of constipation is coming of urine drop any time (within 30 minutes) after passing stool or urine. My wuzu remains intact only when I am fully relieved. In fact it is rare that I get fully relieved.
Initially what I knew was that I am in the categeory of maazoor, therefore, making wuzu once for one namaz is enough and within that prayer’s time breaking of wuzu due to gas or urine drop will be acceptable i.e. I can offer prayers and recite quran. Recently a scholar told me that what I knew was not right and i need to either hold on the passing of gas for at least faraz rakaa.
Kindly tell me what is the right way in the light of sharia:-
.Do I fall in the category of mazoor?
.Should I hold on the passing of gas for faraz rakaa at least (which is of course not a very pleasant experience)?
.What about offering my prayers in masjid with the fact that I have a problem of passing gas?
The gas that is passed out has bad odour if I am not relieved and is odourless if I am fully relieved that day. Should I offer prayers in masjid or home?
.What is the status of my prayers that I offered with previous belief of wuzu? Do I have to repeat them or is it fine?

shariah has not burdened anyone with out of his reach. it a person cannot hold his wudhu for the fardh salaah normally, then he is regarded as a maazoor. Your previous salaahs are all accepted inshaALLAH and one wudhu will suffice for the salaah time. Forcing oneself to keep the wudhu and causing oneself severe discomfort is not sanctioned by islaam. Rasulullaah salallahu alayhi wasallam has encouraged us to break our salaah when an urge for urine,etc occurs. how is this Scholar saying you should force yourself.
2. If your passing of wind will not cause others discomfort then you should perform in the masjid.

mufti , after i have passed stool, i wash with water and toilet paper but sometimes before i make wudhu , i go to the toilet and see my underwear has been stained from my previous visit to the toilet . will wudhu suffice to perform salaah or do i need to make istinjaa, make ghusl and change my clothes before performing any salaahs for that day?

The stain may be due to sweat or heat. If one has cleaned oneself thoroughly then neither wudhu nor changing is necessary.
On the other hand if the stain has a smell of either stool or urine then washing it off and wudhu will be necessary.

I have a few questions to ask you. 1: Since about two months i have a problem of constantly passing wind. i am not very sure whether this is a doubt or whether i am really passing wind. even while doing wudu i think i have passed wind and sometimes have to repeat wudu three or four times even more than that. while prayers i have to sometimes leave namaz and do wudu . either there is doubt or incontinence. please give me advice. due to this it is very difficult to do juma prayer and congretional prayers. if i do wudu once and then do the whole namaz with it is that sufficient for incontinence? as i have not yet missed a prayer so i cannot be counted as mazzor? however there is quite continous wind though i am not sure if it really is or am i just doubting it. 2: is it necessary to remove anus hair and hair on testicles below the penis? i am not talking about pubic hair.

If a person has got sharp wound on his foot with stiches on it and does humbistari with wife. Does he require to wash his wound during ghusal or just do masah of the foot as the wound needs to be kept away from water until the removal of stiches?
2ndly, knowing that one has to keep one’s foot dry, is it necessary for him to avoid humbistari with wife in order to evade the ghusal? And if still he does, is it wrong?

2. Having relationship with ones wife is permissible and nothing wrong with it even with the wound.

i have a problem of retaining wudu since last 2 months. the reason is that wind is passed. uptil now my salah have not been missed due to this so i am not sure whether i am mazur or not. also i am not sure whether this is doubt or do i really pass wind.. even while doing wudu i have to repeat several times as i think its broken. however few days ago i saw this website and other people had similar problem.you answered and said that one wudu is enough for a salaah. so i acted upon that. also plz tell me if i perform wudu at home so can i do the friday salaah with that wudu. and can i offer one jamaat(congretional) salaah with one wudu. and if i do wudu once,can i recite Quran with that wudu for as long as i want.?please guide me as this has caused me alot of problems. lastly, when on a journey, i usually offer dhuhr and asr salaah at the same time and maghrib and ishaa at the same time. so is 1 wudu enough for performing 2 salaah together? many of my salaah have been interrupted due to this problem.

Firstly there is a ruling that has to be considered in this matter.
“اليقين ﻻ يزول بالشك
“doubt does not nullify the absolute.
If one makes wudhu an a doubt comes to him that his wudhu is broken then wudhu will remain intact till the doubt becomes a definite issue.Therefore repetition of wudhu is not necessary.

Yes the urine of an infant/baby is najis. You will need to wash off the part where the urine splashed or you can change your clothes it you so wish.

mufti sahab i asked u a question some days ago. as i have problem to retain wudu as i pass wind or either have doubt, can i pray one complete salaah and other nafl in that time with one wudu?
can i do wudu in home and go and offer friday prayers with that? and if i do wudu and start reciting Quran, can i recite without having to do wudu again if i pass wind as i have quite a problem? P.S i cannot smell or hear any sound while passing wind. i will be very grateful for your answer.

Your question was answered. Until one is not definite that his wudhu has broken and ge definitely has made wudhu, then his wudhu will be intact and he can perform his salaah with that wudhu as well as tilaawat.

i have asked this question before but u didnt answer accordingly to the question.please tell me that if i do wudu in home so can i pray the friday salaat in mosque with that wudu as i have problem of retaining wudu.also if i do wudu and start tilawat of Quran can i recite for as much as i want without renewing wudu as in salaat where one wudu is sufficient for 1 salaat. when on journey whle doing qasr namaaz can i do two prayers together(dhuhr and asr) and (maghrib and ishaa) together with one wudu? i donot know whether i can be counted as mazoor or not.

I think your question ws answered but you fail to comprehend. Your wudhu will be normal until you can definitely prove your wudhu broke. If your wudhu is normal then all your questions fall away. I told you that to be regarded as a maazoor your wudhu has to physically break. you mention that there is neither sound of wind and neither smell. “T”his is but “wahm”, your subconscious playing havoc with you.

If there is no physical najaasat on his body then there is no problem of his sleeping on the sheet. ghusal will not be compulsory at any instance. If there is najaasat and it touches the body then it will only be necessary to wash it off. No ghusal needed.

The hair between the testicles and anus should be cut. Further it will not becompulsory.The reason is the fear of najaasat getting stuck onto it and a person does not clean it off which will cause problems in his ibaadah .

I have question about salah when I am in office. Sometimes my cloth /garment may become unclean. For example-It seems that something is released from private parts. In this condition, how can I perform my salah? Some people say that if we just clean a small part of the cloth for three times, then the cloth will be clean and we can perform salah. Is this true?

Wherever the impurity touches, it will require washing till its effect i gone. If one time suffices then it will be regarded as being clean. Thereafter salaah may be performed in the same clothes.

It wight not be semen rather mazi which requires wudhu and washing away the stain. Whether urine or mazi sll that is required is wudhu and washing away the stasin. To protect oneself from this one should add some covering or protection to prevent the droplets from staining the clothe. One then removes this protective cloth or tissue and then makes wudhu.
It is mandatory (fardh) to wash form forehead to bottom of chin in wudu. But how will you define bottom of chin ? Does it cover whole area under chin covering up to beginning of throat? (Hanafi view)

According to the hanafi mathhab the wudhu will only break if there is secretion when touch or playing with ones privvys. Najaasat is when one touches impurities. The person if he has no impurities on his body then shaking hands with him will not render one najas.

If someone sat on wet carpet with impure underwear having discharge on the underwear and underwear becomes wet due to wet carpet will the carpet become najis? If carpet is given for washing to a laundry will it become paak. And if we walk on the carpet will we be napaak can we pray. Please help im in a dilemma as washing the carpet for me is very stressful…
I do get drops of urine in penis after urination that i am able to mostly clear using istibraa. After that there will still be minisicule amount of drops in the penis, and when i squeeze the penis to enlarge the “hole”i can see them if i wait for 5 mins or so. If i wait for long enough these miniscule amounts will come out.
They are so small that i would not even realize they were they or coming out if i hadn’t already in the past sat for 2 hours after urination with a tissue paper next to me and holding it to the sunlight ever few minutes to see if there was any tiniest sign of wetness on it.
I wish to know whether these almost miniscule amounts of urine are still capable of breaking wudhoo,as i SUSPECTING that this maybe might occur to everyone if they also look for it.

My first question is that I find tiny spots of sperm like discharge in my underwear everyday, for no reason whatsoever, so for this do I need to take the gusul over again or is it enough if I just wash my private areas?
My second question is that whenever sex crosses my mind, even though I don’t want to think about it, it feels as if my sperm comes out, so if that happens do I need to make gusul again?

All are baseless and amongst the false beliefs which have no Shar’ee ground. It recommended to clip nails and remove unnecessary hair on Friday. According to some narrations mentioned by Imaam Nawawiرحمه الله تعالى, clipping nails on Thursday is preferable. But undue delay up to Thursday or Friday is abominable. Qadhi Khan and the author of Durre Mukhtar رحمها الله تعالىhave mentioned that a person’s sustenance decreases because of his long nails. (Alamghiree, Kitabul Karahiyyah)
Once Khalifa Haroon Rashid asked Imam Abu Yusuf رحمه الله تعالىconcerning clipping of nails at night. Abu Yusuf replied in affirmative. The Khalifah asked for proof. Imaam Abu Yusufرحمه الله تعالى replied, “The Nabee of Allaah ﷺis reported to have said, “Acts of virtue need not be postponed.” (Ibid)

salam mufti sahab i am very tensed few months before i had urinary track infection i took medicine and now iam fine sometimes i feel that urine comes out but it is just a feeling my clothes does not wet from urine. when i comes from bathroom i feel one or two drops of urine before every prayer i change my pajama sometimes i feel urine during namaaz but it is just a feeling and i am wasting tooo much water for wudu my parents are angry with me for that what should i do can i just do wudu one time and leave it on ALLAH PLEASE i have a very serious gas problem as well please tell me as soon as you can

Make Wudhoo after you get complete satisfaction from the droplets of urine and do not break the Salaaah just because of mere doubt as this type of doubt is regarded Waswasah which is from Shaytaan Murdood to trouble the servants of Allaah and hence you should continue your Salaah without heeding to such doubts. But when you are sure about the discharge of that drops, then make Wudhoo and repeat the Salaah. You may perform Salaah without washing it from the body and clothes when it is less than one Dihram equivalent to the depth of the palm of the hand, though it is Makrooh not to wash it without any valid reason. But the washing of polluted body and clothes will be necessary when the discharge is more than one Dirham. Salaah will not be valid without purifying that amount of impurity. (Raddul Muhtaar Aladdurril Mukhtaar, Babul Anjaas)
Dear Sister, as a word of advice, use toilet few minutes earlier before you perform Salaah and place toiletpaper at the private part in a way that it absorbs the droplets and protects the clothes and body from being impure. On getting complete satisfaction from the droplets, make Wudhoo and read Salaah. This method will help you get rid of doubt and wastage of water.

salam mufti sahab i am very depressed i have continuous gas problem i make wudu from 15-20 minutes and wasting too much water . Dear Sister in Islaam, you will be regarded a Shar’ee Ma’zur only when one complete time of Fardh Salaah passes wherein the gas comes out continuously and you are unable to perform the Salaah of that time with Wudhoo. But if such a time is found wherein the Salaah could be read with Wudhoo, you will not be classified as a Ma’zur and the ruling of a Ma’zur will not be applied to you such as making one Wudhoo before every Salaah. After urinating if we clean our private part with tissue paper and it gets dry. Is it necessary to wash it with water or we can offer prayer after drying it with tissue paper?

If the effects of the urine are dried out by the usage of toilet paper than it will be permissible to perform salaah in that condition. However ALLAH SUBHAANAHU WA TA AALAA had praised those who use water as well as a cleanser in the qur’aan. Therefore it would be more appropriate to wash with water and then use the toilet paper. This ensures the removal of any bad odour that might remain.
Wudhu Situation
While performing wudhu i get doubts as to weather i have passed wind or not, however there isn’t a sound or smell. So i continue, hoping that i haven’t and try telling myself its just waswas, so ignore it. In most cases i think to myself that ‘ i will not re-start the wudhu until there is a sound/smell’ is this right?
Also sometimes doubts occur during Prayer about having passed wind or not. At times there is no sound or smell or my stomach makes so much noises that i don’t know how to differentiate this from the sound of passing wind. Before i used to get a certain feeling which i used to see as a clear sign of passing wind, however that is happening to me so often now that i ignore it, as i think that i get it sometimes when i haven’t even released wind. When i experience this during Prayer, i carry on because i am so confused of the signs of passing wind now. If i stop and think about it i will lose my concentration, so i wait till the end and then make a decision on weather i have/have not.
Even more worrying is that nowadays while praying i can hear something and at times it feels as if something has left the body..my question is that it is happening all the time and i do pass wind a lot throughout the day..some days more than others..what should i do, i feel as if my wudhu keeps braking..i saw a doctor lately who prescribed some medicine…but it had alcohol in it, so im not taking it..
Another thing i would like to know is that is it better to pray sitting , if you think it will decrease the chance of passing wind and if you have this condition of getting excessive gas at times..is it better to Pray the Obligatory before the Supererogatory…i.e Praying 4 Fard then the 4 Sunnat?
Finally i have asked a few people about this they said that you can keep Praying with only one Wudhu within that prayer time… but im not certain weather this applies to my condition..because the amount of gas being passed changes some days its a lot.. then some days its not.(I have no idea when this wind will come/go it just happens).and i worry that i might be getting this mixed up with waswas…
I think it would be appropriate to note that during most Salaah Times..i am performing Wudhu Twice if not more…even whilst performing Ablution it breaks occasionally.

I very importantrule in shariah is ” alyaqeenu laa yazulu bish shak” meaningdoubt does not overpower reality.
If a person make wudhu for every salaah and performs his Salaah with it then as long as he is not sure of his wudhu breaking he should continue his salaah.If this condition is such that the gas and wind is continuous then you will be regarded a sahib uzr who only needs to make wudhu for every salaah.
He may read qur’aan , perform as much as nawafil he wants within that time.

A sister is experiencing ‘spotting’ at the time of a possible Menstruation (Since over 15 days of purity have elapsed), Should she be Praying in this condition..since the ‘spotting’ isnt continuous..One time she notices red, then yellow, then creame then white discharge, then red again…and so on…
She thinks that her Menstruation cycle is changing as normally most of the time, her previous cycles have been happening regularly..however this time she is noticing this spotting almost over 40 days from her last cycle. And hasn’t experienced ‘spotting’ similar to this where the colour of the discharge keeps changing.
scenario –
almost over 40 days after the previous cycle this happens –
day 1 – Notices red on the tissue twice..along with some clear discharge
day 2 – Notices red again however has been getting cream/yellow or white discharge that keeps changing in color
day 3 – Notices some other color discharge again (From the colors considered to be of menstrual blood) however later on she notices clear discharge so takes a bath and starts to Pray, however that night she see’s pinkish redish colour on the tissue again
Today – notices cream colour discharge …and white discharge…
Most important concern is that ‘the emission of white discharge’ is supposed to signify that one is not in the state of menstrual bleeding..however the color of the discharge keeps changing what should one do? and all this is happening at the time of a possible period..
say for example
At the time of a possible period
‘girl’ see’s red spotting on the tissue, now she cant pray as she is in a state of menstrual bleeding
girl see’s yellow discharge she still is in the state of menstrual bleeding
girl see’s cream discharge she is still in the state of menstrual bleeding
girl then notices white/clear discharge now she is in a state of non-bleeding
not long after she is noticing colors in the discharge again..should she be doing all the things that a woman is allowed to do when not on a period?
Is it better to wait when one is experiencing spotting that isn’t continuous or do they have to Pray when in between there is white discharge?
and if one does ghusl pray then notices discharge that has a color to it, then there is white discharge do they have to repeat ghusl again..what if this is happening again and again?

Concerning discharge and its colours it is narrated by sayyidatina ayesha radhiyallahu anha that the women who send their menstrual clothes to the wives of rasululaah salallaahu alahu wasallam to ask if they are clean from their haidh. Rasulullaah salalaahu alayhi wa sallam replied, ” do not hasten till you see pure white discharge.” (tirmidhi).
All colours besides white will be regarded to be haidh if in the period of haidh. Heavy flow is not necesary to be regarded as haidh.If there was a long gap from the last aidh and the bleeding comes it will be regarded s a change of habit. Remember the minimum period for haidh is three days and maximum is ten. The period between the two will be a minimum of 15 days without a maximum period specified.If in the haidh period the spotting is noticed it will be regarded as the days of haidh. wHITE DISCHARGE IS NOT FROM HAIDH.

I need to ask you that will touching of private organ break ablution.
Also, after urinating & complete istinja I observe whenever I press my organ some minor quantity of drops come out, I am not sure if it is water or urine. I see it as water because when we wash our organ some water gets inside it and when we press it , it comes out. Could you please help will it be necessary to do intinja again if we press organ and some drops come out.

It seems you do suffer from urine droplet problem. It is quite a common problem and alhamdulillaah the solution for the inconvenience has been provided. All you do is to move around and also press out everything before making istinjaa. This is called istibraa.

I have been suffering from Itching. I take bath through Neem tree leaves water so itching doesn’t occur. Mashallah it has improved. My question is that if Neem Tree leaves boiled and mixed with normal and I take bath from it, will it be paak water for bath purpose, will my bath be valid after janabat.

Anything added to water that is initself clean and aids in cleansing the body will be permissible to use for bathing purposes.

All pubic hairs as well as hairs under armpitsshould be removed regularly, weekly if possible, If unable then forth nightly. It should be left unshaved for more then 40 days.All hairs around the private part should be shaved .

ASSALAAMU ALAYKUM
If one breaks his wudhu in salaah then he should immediately make salaam, leave the jamaat and go and make wudhu. The best will be then to join the jamaat afresh.
If this happens to an imaam then he should pull and put someone from the back to take over his place.If people at the back are not aware what to do the he should break the salaah by salaam and ask someone else to lead the prayer.
If the imaam reads three instead of two, it will be preferable to join a rakaat to it and make it four and then make sajdah sahwa in the last rakaat. in such a case where he did not sit in tashahud in the second the first two will be regarded as taraaweeh and the other two will be regarded as nafl.

in surah baqarah , the issue of sexual relatonship with the wife is mentioned. Here is an explanation of the aayah as it appears in tafsir jalaalain :-
{ نِسَآؤُكُمْ حَرْثٌ لَّكُمْ فَأْتُواْ حَرْثَكُمْ أَنَّىٰ شِئْتُمْ وَقَدِّمُواْ لأَنْفُسِكُمْ وَٱتَّقُواْ ٱللَّهَ وَٱعْلَمُوۤاْ أَنَّكُمْ مُّلاَقُوهُ وَبَشِّرِ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ }
Your women are a tillage for you, that is, the place where you sow [the seeds of] your children; so come to your tillage, that is, the specified place, the front part, as, in whichever way, you wish, whether standing up, sitting down, lying down, from the front or the back: this was revealed in response to the Jews saying that if a person had vaginal intercourse with his wife from behind, the child would be born cross-eyed; and offer for your souls, righteous deeds, such as saying, ‘In the Name of God’ (bismillāh) when you commence intercourse; and fear God, in what He commands and prohibits; and know that you shall meet Him, at the Resurrection, where He will requite you according to your deeds; and give good tidings, of Paradise, to the believers, who feared Him.
In tafsir of sayyidina ibn abbas ra it is explained as follows :-
{ نِسَآؤُكُمْ حَرْثٌ لَّكُمْ فَأْتُواْ حَرْثَكُمْ أَنَّىٰ شِئْتُمْ وَقَدِّمُواْ لأَنْفُسِكُمْ وَٱتَّقُواْ ٱللَّهَ وَٱعْلَمُوۤاْ أَنَّكُمْ مُّلاَقُوهُ وَبَشِّرِ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ }
(Your women are a tilth for you (to cultivate)) He says: the vulvas of your wives are plantations for your offspring (so go to your tilth) your plantations (as ye will) as you please, from behind or front as long as the penetration is in the pudendum, (and send (good deeds) before you for your souls) righteous children, (and fear Allah) regarding penetrating your wives in their anus or having sex with them during menstruation, (and know that ye will (one day) meet Him) that you will see Him after you die and He will reward you according to your deeds. (Give glad tidings to believers (O Muhammad)) Allah says: give glad tidings, O Muhammad, to the believers, who ward off penetrating their wives in their anus and further abstain from having sex with them when they are menstruating, that Paradise will be theirs.

As for relationship with your spouse in pregnancy , it is permissible.
ALLAH mentions in surah baqarah “-

If clothes are impure by sperm or urine & we normally wash them in conventional washing machines & start offering prayers & other worships after ironing.
Is it necessary to wash them first three times and then wash them in conventional washing machines or simply cleansing them via washing machine is sufficient to make them pure???

It the washing machine has a rinse function in it where it rinses and changes the water cyle then it will be sufficient. In other words if the machine is an automatic washer, however if it does not have a rinse function then we should rinses the clothes out before putting it in to the washing machine.

Please answer my query soon as it will decide my future. . This is very serious.I used to engage in a lot of masturbation. Now I have stopped. During my stay at a particular relative’s house, I used to watch lots of porn material. Then I did not care about being tahir or najis. I touched about everything in that room and in that building. Sometimes I used to touch things (e.g. bed, sit on chair, tv, remote, modem,door knobs, and various) with hands on which I has najassa(semen/madhi). I don’t remember which thing I touched with my hands wet with semen/madhi and which thing with dried hands of semen/madhi and which with clean hands. Sometimes I used to sit on chairs with soiled clothes.After I left the place , people must have touched things and then clean things which also got najis. So now I want to go back to live there? Now I pray and stay tahir. What should I do if I have to go ack there.Is everything there najees? Is there anyway to clean everything? Or should I consider that place to be najis forever? How can I clean tv,,mobile,laptop, fridge, microwave,sofas, shelves. People used to come in that room Are they impure too?

May i ask you a question too? Do you think the people do not wash their clothes nor their bodies? Similar, do you think that people do not clean and wipe their applainces and furniture? The ung an urine of all animals that are regarded as edible and that are herbivorous by nature is regarded as najaasat khafeefah(lighter impurity) and requires washing if it occupies more than a quarter of the object, eg if it covers more than a quarter of the sleeve then washing it is compulsory.
i want to ask a question. I am a disable person, due to spinal cord injury and cant walk, and use wheel chair for daily activities. Can i use mud of Tayyumum instead of Wudu. I prefer wudu but my mother is old lady so can i do tayyumum. I cannt ask my mother many times to make me Wuhu. Also i cant control my urine and their is no isstanja for me as i used to keep urine tube which is passed to my urine bladder all time.
Do suggest me.

Since you are mobile by means of a wheelchair, tayyamum will not be permissible. However i suggest the you perform wudhu for your dhuhr salaah about 15 mins beffore dhuhr time elapses and as the time of asr sets in to perform asar with the same wudhu. Do the same for maghrieb and eshaa.Thios will ease the burden and also be a means of ease for your aged mother, Insha ALLAH.

If there is no erection and the liquid is thin and flowing then it will break your wudhu and you ave to wash that portion only.
P.S. Remember watching such scenes are haraam!!!

if a lady has a miscarriage at 9 weeks, the fetus looks like a piece of flesh but to the naked eye there are no limbs formed, is the bleeding afterwards haidh or nifaas?

If the fetus is less than four months then the bleeding will be regarded as haiz but if it is such that the features are formed then it will be regarded as nifaas.

As we know that one should not touch quran without ablutoin. Can one touch it for shifting from one place to another without ablution (when he is not jumbi)? 2ndly, can one read quran without ablution from cell phone or Digital quran?

To move the qur’aan without wudhu requires us to hold it with a cloth or the likes of it. It is preferrable to have wudhu when reading the qur’aan from a phone or a digital player. However if you do not have wudhu and you read from it make sure that you do not touch the screen that displays the verses.

Shaving with a razor is permissible but makruh(disliked). To use hair removing agents is better.

If One has sexual intercourse with one’s spouse then ghusl is Fardh. The ghusl becomes fardh on act whether discharge thats place or not.
Normal discharge without intercourse or masturbation is called mazi and requires one to wash it and make wudhu only.
To decrease the discharge go and consult a medical practitioner.

I think you did not understand my answer. Please read again, “Normal discharge without intercourse or masturbation” . Masturbation causes ghusl to be compulsory.
Mufti sahib i have obsessive compulsive disorder. In the past i wasted water after releiving myself from urine. But i didnt get satisfied that i m clean therefore i washed private parts again and again but still still i had the notion that i was not clean which made me waste water.
Secondly sometimes i repeated bismillah many times before wudhu. As i have obsessive compulsive disorder ,thoughts came to my mind that i have not pronounced it correctly so i did it again and again and wasted too much time on it. I think probably its waswasa from shaitan. Please tell me how get rid of these problems in the light of Quran and sunnah.

Very simple do the act once and leave it like that. Also try and read the following wirdafter fajr and maghrib- the three quls three times each with bismillaah, inshaALLAH ot will help in your situation. It comes clear in a hadeeth that whoever reads it moening and evening will be saved from shaitaan’s evil plans./

The small index finger of the left hand should be used.. Some fuqahaa have mentioned the usage of the thumb as well as the index finger of the left hand.

I came to know that if somebody does not use Miswaak rather uses tooth brush to clean his teeth before any prayer & then makes ablution then reward of 70 times offering prayer will be awarded because purpose behind Miswaak is cleanliness and that one can achieve from Tooth brush as well.
Is it correct that person reward will increase 70 times even with tooth brush as it is famous Hadith that prayer offered with Miswaak is 70 times better to that which offered without Miswaak.
Is using Miswaak compulsory to attain that award mentioned in Hadith.

The reward mentioned in ahaadeeth has specified “miswaak” and therefore it will be special with “Miswaak” only. There are over 120 benefits mentioned of “Miswaak” and all can only br attained by miswaak.

If someone has a wet dream/ihtilaam or masturbates and the semen touches the sofa or any other object, then wiping it clean in a manner that the stain an effect is gone will be sufficient. This will be done by washing where it is possible and by wiping it off with a damp clothe where water cannot be used. Remember this is only necessary when the objects have been polluted bytthe semen itself and not your touching it in that condition.

I mentioned that wiping it with a damp cloth will suffice if the stain is removed.
sir please i am in so much tension and asked you a question which you had not yet answered.
after masturbating i suspect i had touched few things while my hands are still wet, these things may include buttons to start fan and a varnished door. they had no effect and stain of semen but i just rubb the place with dry cloth, actually in case of buttons it is difficult to even whip light buttons with damp cloth because of current. now they are pak or not.

that which comes out without masturbation will be either mnazi or wadi. in both cases washing the area and wudhu is necessary.

Shaving of unwanted pubic hair is necesary.yes it should be in the area where there is fear of “pollution”, i.e. around the privvy’s.

It requires washing of the private parts as well as the area polluted. If it is washed you can wear it.

The secretion of mazi requires one to wash it our. It is regarded as najaasat. Therefore washing it out wil be compulsory and if more than a the diametre of the palm held close in size then salaah will not be accepted.

The usage of henna/mahndi is specified in hadeeth, not fresh henna/mehndi. Therefore the modern mehndi will be permissible.
Shaving of unwanted hair isrequired around places where dirt accumalate.
sir,asalam-o-alaikum,sir my question is about transfer of najasat,sir suppose if a thing is supposed to get najis by semen but get dry and have no stain and then a clean damp thing touches it or the najis thing get wet by coming in contact with a pak thing , i think that this pak thing is now najis but what will be the case if the pak thing(after becoming najis due to contact) come in contact with another pak thing,will the second pak thing will become najis or not.

how can a thing be polluted without a stain? Since a cloth without a stain is not polluted therefore the others will not be effected.
Salaam, dried naapaki not visible ( semen /mahdhi/ wahdi is all over the place, house items. cannot remember whats has been touch, i under stand clean it. after cleaning the main touching naapaki with mr shean can not be 100% where was the naapaki . but touching well before cleaning and touching other stuff does it all become unclean, do we have to wipe evething with wet cloth.

If after performing ghusl semens comes out then the ghusl will be intact and no nre ghusl will be required. However the semen is najas and will need to be washed off.

Firstly to prevent the pollution of the clothes wear protection.In doing so there wioll be no need to wash the clothes. Only wudhu will be necessary.

Firstly it should be understood that reading the qur’aan without wudhu is less rewarding than with wudhu. Also to purposely not make wudhu and read from the mushaf is also a sin. Yes when there is no facilities for wudhu and one wants to read from the mobile without touching the screen, it will be regarded as permissible but should not be done habitually.

The maximum period of nifaas is forty days andtherefore if it is the firt child forty days will have to pass before relationship with ones spouse.If after that a fixed period develops for the nifaas then it will be permissible to have relationship after the period is over and the blood has stopped on the period time, as in haidh.

1. It does not break the wudhu. This was the verdict of Sayyidina Ali and Sayyidina Jabir radhiyallahu anhumma. In fact it was said by them that if you think it to be najas then cut it off.
2. If ni impurity then washing is not necessary but it will be safer to wash in case there was najaasat.

As we know in fard gusul we have to wash our whole body;even if a single hair is remain dry the gusul will not be complete. We know we got wax in side our ears in that case if we flash water inside the ear will it fulfill the requirement of fard gusul.If it not do i have to clean my ear and again i have to do gusul and all the salat repeat.PLease help me.

As I know that if mazi comes out, one needs to wash the effected area on cloth and body and then wuzu to get tahara. What is the hukum for the drop that comes out from the penus of the person who has chronic constipation? One comes to know about it when one feels that the shalwar was slightly stuck to the penus indicating that there was some drop that came out of the penus. Colour of the drop is not visible (neither on cloth nor on penus). In normal routine the drop of urine that comes out of the penus (after getting relieved from the call of nature) does not stick to cloth.
Will it be in the hukum of mazi or mani?

It will be regarded either as mazi or wafi. Wadi is an excretion that clears the urinal tract and is thick and sticky. Mazi and wagi haas the same ruling.

I have chronic constipation and gastric problem due to which I cannot retain wuzu for long. This problem is with me since last more than 20 years. Another problem which is an outcome of constipation is coming of urine drop any time (within 30 minutes) after passing stool or urine. My wuzu remains intact only when I am fully relieved. In fact it is rare that I get fully relieved.
Initially what I knew was that I am in the categeory of maazoor, therefore, making wuzu once for one namaz is enough and within that prayer’s time breaking of wuzu due to gas or urine drop will be acceptable i.e. I can offer prayers and recite quran. Recently a scholar told me that what I knew was not right and i need to either hold on the passing of gas for at least faraz rakaa.
Kindly tell me what is the right way in the light of sharia:-
.Do I fall in the category of mazoor?
.Should I hold on the passing of gas for faraz rakaa at least (which is of course not a very pleasant experience)?
.What about offering my prayers in masjid with the fact that I have a problem of passing gas?
The gas that is passed out has bad odour if I am not relieved and is odourless if I am fully relieved that day. Should I offer prayers in masjid or home?
.What is the status of my prayers that I offered with previous belief of wuzu? Do I have to repeat them or is it fine?

shariah has not burdened anyone with out of his reach. it a person cannot hold his wudhu for the fardh salaah normally, then he is regarded as a maazoor. Your previous salaahs are all accepted inshaALLAH and one wudhu will suffice for the salaah time. Forcing oneself to keep the wudhu and causing oneself severe discomfort is not sanctioned by islaam. Rasulullaah salallahu alayhi wasallam has encouraged us to break our salaah when an urge for urine,etc occurs. how is this Scholar saying you should force yourself.
2. If your passing of wind will not cause others discomfort then you should perform in the masjid.

mufti , after i have passed stool, i wash with water and toilet paper but sometimes before i make wudhu , i go to the toilet and see my underwear has been stained from my previous visit to the toilet . will wudhu suffice to perform salaah or do i need to make istinjaa, make ghusl and change my clothes before performing any salaahs for that day?

The stain may be due to sweat or heat. If one has cleaned oneself thoroughly then neither wudhu nor changing is necessary.
On the other hand if the stain has a smell of either stool or urine then washing it off and wudhu will be necessary.

I have a few questions to ask you. 1: Since about two months i have a problem of constantly passing wind. i am not very sure whether this is a doubt or whether i am really passing wind. even while doing wudu i think i have passed wind and sometimes have to repeat wudu three or four times even more than that. while prayers i have to sometimes leave namaz and do wudu . either there is doubt or incontinence. please give me advice. due to this it is very difficult to do juma prayer and congretional prayers. if i do wudu once and then do the whole namaz with it is that sufficient for incontinence? as i have not yet missed a prayer so i cannot be counted as mazzor? however there is quite continous wind though i am not sure if it really is or am i just doubting it. 2: is it necessary to remove anus hair and hair on testicles below the penis? i am not talking about pubic hair.

If a person has got sharp wound on his foot with stiches on it and does humbistari with wife. Does he require to wash his wound during ghusal or just do masah of the foot as the wound needs to be kept away from water until the removal of stiches?
2ndly, knowing that one has to keep one’s foot dry, is it necessary for him to avoid humbistari with wife in order to evade the ghusal? And if still he does, is it wrong?

i have a problem of retaining wudu since last 2 months. the reason is that wind is passed. uptil now my salah have not been missed due to this so i am not sure whether i am mazur or not. also i am not sure whether this is doubt or do i really pass wind.. even while doing wudu i have to repeat several times as i think its broken. however few days ago i saw this website and other people had similar problem.you answered and said that one wudu is enough for a salaah. so i acted upon that. also plz tell me if i perform wudu at home so can i do the friday salaah with that wudu. and can i offer one jamaat(congretional) salaah with one wudu. and if i do wudu once,can i recite Quran with that wudu for as long as i want.?please guide me as this has caused me alot of problems. lastly, when on a journey, i usually offer dhuhr and asr salaah at the same time and maghrib and ishaa at the same time. so is 1 wudu enough for performing 2 salaah together? many of my salaah have been interrupted due to this problem.

Firstly there is a ruling that has to be considered in this matter.
“اليقين ﻻ يزول بالشك
“doubt does not nullify the absolute.
If one makes wudhu an a doubt comes to him that his wudhu is broken then wudhu will remain intact till the doubt becomes a definite issue.Therefore repetition of wudhu is not necessary.

Yes the urine of an infant/baby is najis. You will need to wash off the part where the urine splashed or you can change your clothes it you so wish.

Your question was answered. Until one is not definite that his wudhu has broken and ge definitely has made wudhu, then his wudhu will be intact and he can perform his salaah with that wudhu as well as tilaawat.

I think your question ws answered but you fail to comprehend. Your wudhu will be normal until you can definitely prove your wudhu broke. If your wudhu is normal then all your questions fall away. I told you that to be regarded as a maazoor your wudhu has to physically break. you mention that there is neither sound of wind and neither smell. “T”his is but “wahm”, your subconscious playing havoc with you.

If there is no physical najaasat on his body then there is no problem of his sleeping on the sheet. ghusal will not be compulsory at any instance. If there is najaasat and it touches the body then it will only be necessary to wash it off. No ghusal needed.

The hair between the testicles and anus should be cut. Further it will not becompulsory.The reason is the fear of najaasat getting stuck onto it and a person does not clean it off which will cause problems in his ibaadah .

I have question about salah when I am in office. Sometimes my cloth /garment may become unclean. For example-It seems that something is released from private parts. In this condition, how can I perform my salah? Some people say that if we just clean a small part of the cloth for three times, then the cloth will be clean and we can perform salah. Is this true?

Wherever the impurity touches, it will require washing till its effect i gone. If one time suffices then it will be regarded as being clean. Thereafter salaah may be performed in the same clothes.

It wight not be semen rather mazi which requires wudhu and washing away the stain. Whether urine or mazi sll that is required is wudhu and washing away the stasin. To protect oneself from this one should add some covering or protection to prevent the droplets from staining the clothe. One then removes this protective cloth or tissue and then makes wudhu.
It is mandatory (fardh) to wash form forehead to bottom of chin in wudu. But how will you define bottom of chin ? Does it cover whole area under chin covering up to beginning of throat? (Hanafi view)

According to the hanafi mathhab the wudhu will only break if there is secretion when touch or playing with ones privvys. Najaasat is when one touches impurities. The person if he has no impurities on his body then shaking hands with him will not render one najas.

1- firstly if we get erect my touching or watching something bad(jaan kay ya ghalti se) such as porn(sorry i used this word) and we dont masturbate we control but some drops come out. Is that mazi?
2- and that is ghussal necessary then?

If there is no ejaculation with force then it is mazi. Only washing the place polluted by the mazi and wudhu is required.
if a girl or boy get dischrge without having sex then its necesry to take ghusal or it can just change cloths n do wazu n wash the private place

If the discharge is not due to sexual arousal then only with and cleansing of clothes will suffice

AOA. I am female married one year back. i need to know that right after sex, i become very sluggish and cannot take ghusal. i know it is Farz ghusal. is there any possible way or hallaal to eat and cook in the same condition, and is there any way k men kulli wgera kr loun or phir sbh ya aglly din ghusal kr loun, i feel very embressment on this but need to solve this issue. kindly tell in detail.

To delay the ghusal is permissible but preferable to wash the mouth and cleanse the nose.

If someone sat on wet carpet with impure underwear having discharge on the underwear and underwear becomes wet due to wet carpet will the carpet become najis? If carpet is given for washing to a laundry will it become paak. And if we walk on the carpet will we be napaak can we pray. Please help im in a dilemma as washing the carpet for me is very stressful…
If the carpet was not soaked by najaasat then wiping will suffice. If soaked then wetting it and sacking dry with a vacuum will suffice.
I do get drops of urine in penis after urination that i am able to mostly clear using istibraa. After that there will still be minisicule amount of drops in the penis, and when i squeeze the penis to enlarge the “hole”i can see them if i wait for 5 mins or so. If i wait for long enough these miniscule amounts will come out.
They are so small that i would not even realize they were they or coming out if i hadn’t already in the past sat for 2 hours after urination with a tissue paper next to me and holding it to the sunlight ever few minutes to see if there was any tiniest sign of wetness on it.
I wish to know whether these almost miniscule amounts of urine are still capable of breaking wudhoo,as i SUSPECTING that this maybe might occur to everyone if they also look for it.
If you don’t feel it or neither see it then ignore it. This is wasaawis of sha imaan to create doubt and not allow you ease in ibaadah.

My first question is that I find tiny spots of sperm like discharge in my underwear everyday, for no reason whatsoever, so for this do I need to take the gusul over again or is it enough if I just wash my private areas?
My second question is that whenever sex crosses my mind, even though I don’t want to think about it, it feels as if my sperm comes out, so if that happens do I need to make gusul again?

This is not sperm but what is called machu, are discharge. When it comes out wash the privy and make wudhu.
