zinaa commited with mahram?

aslam-w-alikum. aj maine q. t.v. per suna ki ek bap ne apni beti ke sath zina kiya.
kya aise gunah ki mafi hai
kya mahram aur gair mahran ke sath zina karna ek jaisa hi gunah hai

Zinaa-adultery itself is such an immoral and heinous crime that Allaah has forbidden even to approach such things that may lead to it. “And come not near to unlawful sex. Verily, it is an immoral sin.” (Surah Al-Israa 17:32) How immoral and henious it would be when committed with Mahram! This is the height of immorality and inhumanity. Only an animal in human form can dear to do so.
As regard to the forgiveness of this sin, there is no sin on the surface of earth that would not be forgiven by Allaah even the sin of Shirk will be forgiven, if the committer makes sincere Taubah before the signs of death appear to him. “Say: “O My servants who have transgressed against themselves! Despair not of the mercy of Allaah, verily, Allaah forgives all sins. Truly, He is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.” (Surah Az-Zumar 39:53)

  1. Sir, Most respectfully I beg to differ in so far as the matter of divine mercy available to even those who join partners with God, the Mushriks. Please elaborate the nass of the reply offered by your kind self. Wallah O Alam,
    السلام عليكم
    باسمه تعالى
Two Aayaah of the Glorious Qur’aan are worthy of attention concerning forgiveness. The first Aayah is in Suratun-Nisaa where Allaah says, “إن الله لا يغفر أن يشرك به ويغفر ما دون ذلك لمن يشاء “(النساء:48)
The second Aayah is in Suratuz-zumar where Allaah says, “قل يا عبادي الذين أسرفوا على أنفسهم لا تقنطوا من رحمة الله إن الله يغفر الذنوب جميعًا } (الزمر:53)”
The first one refers to Day of Qiyamah that Allaah will not forgive the sin of a servant who dies ascribing partner with Allaah as recorded by Imaam Ahmad whereas the second Aayah is concerning the Taubah made in this life before the signs of death appear as Allaah says, “And those who invoke not any other god along with Allah, nor kill such person as Allah has forbidden, except for just cause, nor commit illegal sexual intercourse — and whoever does this shall receive Athama. The torment will be doubled for him on the Day of Resurrection, and he will abide therein in disgrace; except those who repent and believe, and do righteous deeds; for those, Allaah will change their sins into good deeds, and Allaah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful. And whosoever repents and does righteous good deeds; then indeed he has repented to Allah Mataba.” Suratul Furqaan 25: 68-71)
Imaam Bukhari recorded on the authority of Ibn Abbas that some Mushrik who killed many people and committed Zinaa to a great extent; they came to Muhammad and said, “What you are saying and calling us to is good; if only you could tell us that there is an expiation for what we have done.” Then the following Ayat were revealed:
“And those who invoke not any other god along with Allah, nor kill such person as Allah has forbidden, except for just cause, nor commit illegal sexual intercourse….” (25:68-71).
“Say: “O My servants who have transgressed against themselves! Despair not of the mercy of Allah…” (Suratunnisaa 4:48)
It is to be noted that the Taubah from Shirk and Kufr is to come under the fold of Islaam completely. Islaam wipes out the all previous sins as mentioned in the Hadith. “ان الاسلام يهدم ما كان قبله….”
Dear brother in Islaam, there are few of the Nass concerning what has been stated in the previous post.
    والله اعلم
