  1. السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته

i’ve observed a lot many people offer their nafal prayer after every nemaz while sitting … they are of almost all age group. every one seems physically fit as well, because i’ve seem few of them playing cricket at the end of the day :) …

any good reason they do this or i am missing something. I would like to know your views on this… or is it sunnah?

    jazak Allah
    Wa alaykumus Salaam
performance of nafl salat seated is permissible bu the reward is normally half than standing and performing. As for the esha nafl after the witr it is regarded a sunnat act to sit and pray.
