I have a question about tahaarah.
1. One of the Imam told us that u can not remove the hairs from ur private parts on friday.
2. can we wash our cloths on friday.
3. Can we do sewpping (Jharo) in Mugrub time or not.
4. Can we cut or trim our nalis after Mugrib or sunset.
Plz answer these questions in the light of Islam .
these r all the things we heard from our elders ,need ur guidence in all these day to day matters.

All are baseless and amongst the false beliefs which have no Shar’ee ground. It recommended to clip nails and remove unnecessary hair on Friday. According to some narrations mentioned by Imaam Nawawiرحمه الله تعالى, clipping nails on Thursday is preferable. But undue delay up to Thursday or Friday is abominable. Qadhi Khan and the author of Durre Mukhtar رحمها الله تعالىhave mentioned that a person’s sustenance decreases because of his long nails. (Alamghiree, Kitabul Karahiyyah)
Once Khalifa Haroon Rashid asked Imam Abu Yusuf رحمه الله تعالىconcerning clipping of nails at night. Abu Yusuf replied in affirmative. The Khalifah asked for proof. Imaam Abu Yusufرحمه الله تعالى replied, “The Nabee of Allaah ﷺis reported to have said, “Acts of virtue need not be postponed.” (Ibid)

salam mufti sahab i am very tensed few months before i had urinary track infection i took medicine and now iam fine sometimes i feel that urine comes out but it is just a feeling my clothes does not wet from urine. when i comes from bathroom i feel one or two drops of urine before every prayer i change my pajama sometimes i feel urine during namaaz but it is just a feeling and i am wasting tooo much water for wudu my parents are angry with me for that what should i do can i just do wudu one time and leave it on ALLAH PLEASE i have a very serious gas problem as well please tell me as soon as you can

Make Wudhoo after you get complete satisfaction from the droplets of urine and do not break the Salaaah just because of mere doubt as this type of doubt is regarded Waswasah which is from Shaytaan Murdood to trouble the servants of Allaah and hence you should continue your Salaah without heeding to such doubts. But when you are sure about the discharge of that drops, then make Wudhoo and repeat the Salaah. You may perform Salaah without washing it from the body and clothes when it is less than one Dihram equivalent to the depth of the palm of the hand, though it is Makrooh not to wash it without any valid reason. But the washing of polluted body and clothes will be necessary when the discharge is more than one Dirham. Salaah will not be valid without purifying that amount of impurity. (Raddul Muhtaar Aladdurril Mukhtaar, Babul Anjaas)
Dear Sister, as a word of advice, use toilet few minutes earlier before you perform Salaah and place toiletpaper at the private part in a way that it absorbs the droplets and protects the clothes and body from being impure. On getting complete satisfaction from the droplets, make Wudhoo and read Salaah. This method will help you get rid of doubt and wastage of water.

salam mufti sahab i am very depressed i have continuous gas problem i make wudu from 15-20 minutes and wasting too much water . Here In khutba imam said it is very big sin wasting water but i have continuous problem ; am i considered as a mazur , should i just make one wudu before every prayer and leave it to ALLAH ; how many times i have to make wudu in this problem in every prayer . Darasl yeh waswaas he shaitaani chaal he ke insaan apni namaz ko qaza kare.shariat men aik usool he. Alyaqeenu laa yazulu bish shak” matlab shak se yaqeen ka izal nahin hota.
aap ne yaqenan wuzu karliy tu jab takyaqeenan peshab apko mahsoos(feel) na hojaiye tu uswaqt app ka wuzu barqarar he aur naye wuzu karne ki zaroorat nahin. Haan agar waaqi pishab ati hon tu har namaz keliye aik hi baar wuzu kaafi hoga aur app mazoor samjha jaega.

Aap sahib uzaae Samjha jaaega. Har namaz ke liye aap ko naya wuzu karna parega aur us namaaz ku jitne rakaaten hein aap ussi wuzu se parhsakti he.
After urinating if we clean our private part with tissue paper and it gets dry. Is it necessary to wash it with water or we can offer prayer after drying it with tissue paper?

If the effects of the urine are dried out by the usage of toilet paper than it will be permissible to perform salaah in that condition. However ALLAH SUBHAANAHU WA TA AALAA had praised those who use water as well as a cleanser in the qur’aan. Therefore it would be more appropriate to wash with water and then use the toilet paper. This ensures the removal of any bad odour that might remain.
While performing wudhu i get doubts as to weather i have passed wind or not, however there isn’t a sound or smell. So i continue, hoping that i haven’t and try telling myself its just waswas, so ignore it. In most cases i think to myself that ‘ i will not re-start the wudhu until there is a sound/smell’ is this right?
Also sometimes doubts occur during Prayer about having passed wind or not. At times there is no sound or smell or my stomach makes so much noises that i don’t know how to differentiate this from the sound of passing wind. Before i used to get a certain feeling which i used to see as a clear sign of passing wind, however that is happening to me so often now that i ignore it, as i think that i get it sometimes when i haven’t even released wind. When i experience this during Prayer, i carry on because i am so confused of the signs of passing wind now. If i stop and think about it i will lose my concentration, so i wait till the end and then make a decision on weather i have/have not.
Even more worrying is that nowadays while praying i can hear something and at times it feels as if something has left the body..my question is that it is happening all the time and i do pass wind a lot throughout the day..some days more than others..what should i do, i feel as if my wudhu keeps braking..i saw a doctor lately who prescribed some medicine…but it had alcohol in it, so im not taking it..
Another thing i would like to know is that is it better to pray sitting , if you think it will decrease the chance of passing wind and if you have this condition of getting excessive gas at times..is it better to Pray the Obligatory before the Supererogatory…i.e Praying 4 Fard then the 4 Sunnat?
Finally i have asked a few people about this they said that you can keep Praying with only one Wudhu within that prayer time… but im not certain weather this applies to my condition..because the amount of gas being passed changes some days its a lot.. then some days its not.(I have no idea when this wind will come/go it just happens).and i worry that i might be getting this mixed up with waswas…
I think it would be appropriate to note that during most Salaah Times..i am performing Wudhu Twice if not more…even whilst performing Ablution it breaks occasionally. Assalaamu alaykum
I very importantrule in shariah is ” alyaqeenu laa yazulu bish shak” meaningdoubt does not overpower reality.
If a person make wudhu for every salaah and performs his Salaah with it then as long as he is not sure of his wudhu breaking he should continue his salaah.If this condition is such that the gas and wind is continuous then you will be regarded a sahib uzr who only needs to make wudhu for every salaah.
He may read qur’aan , perform as much as nawafil he wants within that time.

A sister is experiencing ’spotting’ at the time of a possible Menstruation (Since over 15 days of purity have elapsed), Should she be Praying in this condition..since the ’spotting’ isnt continuous..One time she notices red, then yellow, then creame then white discharge, then red again…and so on…
She thinks that her Menstruation cycle is changing as normally most of the time, her previous cycles have been happening regularly..however this time she is noticing this spotting almost over 40 days from her last cycle. And hasn’t experienced ’spotting’ similar to this where the colour of the discharge keeps changing.
scenario –
almost over 40 days after the previous cycle this happens –
day 1 – Notices red on the tissue twice..along with some clear discharge
day 2 – Notices red again however has been getting cream/yellow or white discharge that keeps changing in color
day 3 – Notices some other color discharge again (From the colors considered to be of menstrual blood) however later on she notices clear discharge so takes a bath and starts to Pray, however that night she see’s pinkish redish colour on the tissue again
Today – notices cream colour discharge …and white discharge…
Most important concern is that ‘the emission of white discharge’ is supposed to signify that one is not in the state of menstrual bleeding..however the color of the discharge keeps changing what should one do? and all this is happening at the time of a possible period..

‘girl’ see’s red spotting on the tissue, now she cant pray as she is in a state of menstrual bleeding
girl see’s yellow discharge she still is in the state of menstrual bleeding
girl see’s cream discharge she is still in the state of menstrual bleeding
girl then notices white/clear discharge now she is in a state of non-bleeding
not long after she is noticing colors in the discharge again..should she be doing all the things that a woman is allowed to do when not on a period?
Is it better to wait when one is experiencing spotting that isn’t continuous or do they have to Pray when in between there is white discharge?
and if one does ghusl pray then notices discharge that has a color to it, then there is white discharge do they have to repeat ghusl again..what if this is happening again and again? Assalaamu alaykum
Concerning discharge and its colours it is narrated by sayyidatina ayesha radhiyallahu anha that the women who send their menstrual clothes to the wives of rasululaah salallaahu alahu wasallam to ask if they are clean from their haidh. Rasulullaah salalaahu alayhi wa sallam replied, ” do not hasten till you see pure white discharge.” (tirmidhi).
All colours besides white will be regarded to be haidh if in the period of haidh. Heavy flow is not necesary to be regarded as haidh.If there was a long gap from the last aidh and the bleeding comes it will be regarded s a change of habit. Remember the minimum period for haidh is three days and maximum is ten. The period between the two will be a minimum of 15 days without a maximum period specified.If in the haidh period the spotting is noticed it will be regarded as the days of haidh. wHITE DISCHARGE IS NOT FROM HAIDH.

I need to ask you that will touching of private organ break ablution.
Also, after urinating & complete istinja I observe whenever I press my organ some minor quantity of drops come out, I am not sure if it is water or urine. I see it as water because when we wash our organ some water gets inside it and when we press it , it comes out. Could you please help will it be necessary to do intinja again if we press organ and some drops come out.

It seems you do suffer from urine droplet problem. It is quite a common problem and alhamdulillaah the solution for the inconvenience has been provided. All you do is to move around and also press out everything before making istinjaa. This is called istibraa.

I have been suffering from Itching. I take bath through Neem tree leaves water so itching doesn’t occur. Mashallah it has improved. My question is that if Neem Tree leaves boiled and mixed with normal and I take bath from it, will it be paak water for bath purpose, will my bath be valid after janabat.

All pubic hairs as well as hairs under armpitsshould be removed regularly, weekly if possible, If unable then forth nightly. It should be left unshaved for more then 40 days.All hairs around the private part should be shaved .
What should a person do if his wuzu gets destructed or finished during bajamaat prayers?
what is the order for imaam if this case happens with him during jamaat??
what are the orders for imaam if he recites three rakaats(by mistake) for taraveeh prayer instead of two rakaats?

If one breaks his wudhu in salaah then he should immediately make salaam, leave the jamaat and go and make wudhu. The best will be then to join the jamaat afresh.
If this happens to an imaam then he should pull and put someone from the back to take over his place.If people at the back are not aware what to do the he should break the salaah by salaam and ask someone else to lead the prayer.
If the imaam reads three instead of two, it will be preferable to join a rakaat to it and make it four and then make sajdah sahwa in the last rakaat. in such a case where he did not sit in tashahud in the second the first two will be regarded as taraaweeh and the other two will be regarded as nafl.

in surah baqarah , the issue of sexual relatonship with the wife is mentioned. Here is an explanation of the aayah as it appears in tafsir jalaalain :-
{ نِسَآؤُكُمْ حَرْثٌ لَّكُمْ فَأْتُواْ حَرْثَكُمْ أَنَّىٰ شِئْتُمْ وَقَدِّمُواْ لأَنْفُسِكُمْ وَٱتَّقُواْ ٱللَّهَ وَٱعْلَمُوۤاْ أَنَّكُمْ مُّلاَقُوهُ وَبَشِّرِ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ }
Your women are a tillage for you, that is, the place where you sow [the seeds of] your children; so come to your tillage, that is, the specified place, the front part, as, in whichever way, you wish, whether standing up, sitting down, lying down, from the front or the back: this was revealed in response to the Jews saying that if a person had vaginal intercourse with his wife from behind, the child would be born cross-eyed; and offer for your souls, righteous deeds, such as saying, ‘In the Name of God’ (bismillāh) when you commence intercourse; and fear God, in what He commands and prohibits; and know that you shall meet Him, at the Resurrection, where He will requite you according to your deeds; and give good tidings, of Paradise, to the believers, who feared Him.
In tafsir of sayyidina ibn abbas ra it is explained as follows :-
{ نِسَآؤُكُمْ حَرْثٌ لَّكُمْ فَأْتُواْ حَرْثَكُمْ أَنَّىٰ شِئْتُمْ وَقَدِّمُواْ لأَنْفُسِكُمْ وَٱتَّقُواْ ٱللَّهَ وَٱعْلَمُوۤاْ أَنَّكُمْ مُّلاَقُوهُ وَبَشِّرِ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ }
(Your women are a tilth for you (to cultivate)) He says: the vulvas of your wives are plantations for your offspring (so go to your tilth) your plantations (as ye will) as you please, from behind or front as long as the penetration is in the pudendum, (and send (good deeds) before you for your souls) righteous children, (and fear Allah) regarding penetrating your wives in their anus or having sex with them during menstruation, (and know that ye will (one day) meet Him) that you will see Him after you die and He will reward you according to your deeds. (Give glad tidings to believers (O Muhammad)) Allah says: give glad tidings, O Muhammad, to the believers, who ward off penetrating their wives in their anus and further abstain from having sex with them when they are menstruating, that Paradise will be theirs.
can you please tell me that is sex or any other sexual activity permissible with the pregnant wife?

As for relationship with your spouse in pregnancy , it is permissible.
ALLAH mentions in surah baqarah “-

If clothes are impure by sperm or urine & we normally wash them in conventional washing machines & start offering prayers & other worships after ironing.
Is it necessary to wash them first three times and then wash them in conventional washing machines or simply cleansing them via washing machine is sufficient to make them pure???

It the washing machine has a rinse function in it where it rinses and changes the water cyle then it will be sufficient. In other words if the machine is an automatic washer, however if it does not have a rinse function then we should rinses the clothes out before putting it in to the washing machine.

Please answer my query soon as it will decide my future. . This is very serious.I used to engage in a lot of masturbation. Now I have stopped. During my stay at a particular relative’s house, I used to watch lots of porn material. Then I did not care about being tahir or najis. I touched about everything in that room and in that building. Sometimes I used to touch things (e.g. bed, sit on chair, tv, remote, modem,door knobs, and various) with hands on which I has najassa(semen/madhi). I don’t remember which thing I touched with my hands wet with semen/madhi and which thing with dried hands of semen/madhi and which with clean hands. Sometimes I used to sit on chairs with soiled clothes.After I left the place , people must have touched things and then clean things which also got najis. So now I want to go back to live there? Now I pray and stay tahir. What should I do if I have to go ack there.Is everything there najees? Is there anyway to clean everything? Or should I consider that place to be najis forever? How can I clean tv,,mobile,laptop, fridge, microwave,sofas, shelves. People used to come in that room Are they impure too?

May i ask you a question too? Do you think the people do not wash their clothes nor their bodies? Similar, do you think that people do not clean and wipe their applainces and furniture? Even if it was stained it has been long cleaned.Make sincere toubah for having lived such a life and carry on by not thinking too much of the past.

* Shuru men niyyat kare.Chotli ka khulna laazmi he isliye agar baal bande huwe ho tu phir paani ustak nahin pahunchte he aur ghusl saheeh nahin hoga.Darasl paani ko baal ke jar tak pahunchaana he.
Pls advise if urine and dung of Cow, Goat and Camel is pak or napak (najis)

The ung an urine of all animals that are regarded as edible and that are herbivorous by nature is regarded as najaasat khafeefah(lighter impurity) and requires washing if it occupies more than a quarter of the object, eg if it covers more than a quarter of the sleeve then washing it is compulsory.

i want to ask a question. I am a disable person, due to spinal cord injury and cant walk, and use wheel chair for daily activities. Can i use mud of Tayyumum instead of Wudu. I prefer wudu but my mother is old lady so can i do tayyumum. I cannt ask my mother many times to make me Wuhu. Also i cant control my urine and their is no isstanja for me as i used to keep urine tube which is passed to my urine bladder all time.
Do suggest me.

Since you are mobile by means of a wheelchair, tayyamum will not be permissible. However i suggest the you perform wudhu for your dhuhr salaah about 15 mins beffore dhuhr time elapses and as the time of asr sets in to perform asar with the same wudhu. Do the same for maghrieb and eshaa.Thios will ease the burden and also be a means of ease for your aged mother, Insha ALLAH.

Make Wudhoo after you get complete satisfaction from the droplets of urine and do not break the Salaaah just because of mere doubt as this type of doubt is regarded Waswasah which is from Shaytaan Murdood to trouble the servants of Allaah and hence you should continue your Salaah without heeding to such doubts. But when you are sure about the discharge of that drops, then make Wudhoo and repeat the Salaah. You may perform Salaah without washing it from the body and clothes when it is less than one Dihram equivalent to the depth of the palm of the hand, though it is Makrooh not to wash it without any valid reason. But the washing of polluted body and clothes will be necessary when the discharge is more than one Dirham. Salaah will not be valid without purifying that amount of impurity. (Raddul Muhtaar Aladdurril Mukhtaar, Babul Anjaas)
Dear Sister, as a word of advice, use toilet few minutes earlier before you perform Salaah and place toiletpaper at the private part in a way that it absorbs the droplets and protects the clothes and body from being impure. On getting complete satisfaction from the droplets, make Wudhoo and read Salaah. This method will help you get rid of doubt and wastage of water.

salam mufti sahab i am very depressed i have continuous gas problem i make wudu from 15-20 minutes and wasting too much water . Here In khutba imam said it is very big sin wasting water but i have continuous problem ; am i considered as a mazur , should i just make one wudu before every prayer and leave it to ALLAH ; how many times i have to make wudu in this problem in every prayer . PLEASE , PLEASE, i need help guide me according to hadeeth PLEASE as soon as you can

After urinating if we clean our private part with tissue paper and it gets dry. Is it necessary to wash it with water or we can offer prayer after drying it with tissue paper?

If the effects of the urine are dried out by the usage of toilet paper than it will be permissible to perform salaah in that condition. However ALLAH SUBHAANAHU WA TA AALAA had praised those who use water as well as a cleanser in the qur’aan. Therefore it would be more appropriate to wash with water and then use the toilet paper. This ensures the removal of any bad odour that might remain.

Wudhu Situation
While performing wudhu i get doubts as to weather i have passed wind or not, however there isn’t a sound or smell. So i continue, hoping that i haven’t and try telling myself its just waswas, so ignore it. In most cases i think to myself that ‘ i will not re-start the wudhu until there is a sound/smell’ is this right?
Also sometimes doubts occur during Prayer about having passed wind or not. At times there is no sound or smell or my stomach makes so much noises that i don’t know how to differentiate this from the sound of passing wind. Before i used to get a certain feeling which i used to see as a clear sign of passing wind, however that is happening to me so often now that i ignore it, as i think that i get it sometimes when i haven’t even released wind. When i experience this during Prayer, i carry on because i am so confused of the signs of passing wind now. If i stop and think about it i will lose my concentration, so i wait till the end and then make a decision on weather i have/have not.
Even more worrying is that nowadays while praying i can hear something and at times it feels as if something has left the body..my question is that it is happening all the time and i do pass wind a lot throughout the day..some days more than others..what should i do, i feel as if my wudhu keeps braking..i saw a doctor lately who prescribed some medicine…but it had alcohol in it, so im not taking it..
Another thing i would like to know is that is it better to pray sitting , if you think it will decrease the chance of passing wind and if you have this condition of getting excessive gas at times..is it better to Pray the Obligatory before the Supererogatory…i.e Praying 4 Fard then the 4 Sunnat?
Finally i have asked a few people about this they said that you can keep Praying with only one Wudhu within that prayer time… but im not certain weather this applies to my condition..because the amount of gas being passed changes some days its a lot.. then some days its not.(I have no idea when this wind will come/go it just happens).and i worry that i might be getting this mixed up with waswas…
I think it would be appropriate to note that during most Salaah Times..i am performing Wudhu Twice if not more…even whilst performing Ablution it breaks occasionally.

I very importantrule in shariah is ” alyaqeenu laa yazulu bish shak” meaningdoubt does not overpower reality.
If a person make wudhu for every salaah and performs his Salaah with it then as long as he is not sure of his wudhu breaking he should continue his salaah.If this condition is such that the gas and wind is continuous then you will be regarded a sahib uzr who only needs to make wudhu for every salaah.
He may read qur’aan , perform as much as nawafil he wants within that time.

A sister is experiencing ’spotting’ at the time of a possible Menstruation (Since over 15 days of purity have elapsed), Should she be Praying in this condition..since the ’spotting’ isnt continuous..One time she notices red, then yellow, then creame then white discharge, then red again…and so on…
She thinks that her Menstruation cycle is changing as normally most of the time, her previous cycles have been happening regularly..however this time she is noticing this spotting almost over 40 days from her last cycle. And hasn’t experienced ’spotting’ similar to this where the colour of the discharge keeps changing.
scenario –
almost over 40 days after the previous cycle this happens –
day 1 – Notices red on the tissue twice..along with some clear discharge
day 2 – Notices red again however has been getting cream/yellow or white discharge that keeps changing in color
day 3 – Notices some other color discharge again (From the colors considered to be of menstrual blood) however later on she notices clear discharge so takes a bath and starts to Pray, however that night she see’s pinkish redish colour on the tissue again
Today – notices cream colour discharge …and white discharge…
Most important concern is that ‘the emission of white discharge’ is supposed to signify that one is not in the state of menstrual bleeding..however the color of the discharge keeps changing what should one do? and all this is happening at the time of a possible period..
say for example
At the time of a possible period
‘girl’ see’s red spotting on the tissue, now she cant pray as she is in a state of menstrual bleeding
girl see’s yellow discharge she still is in the state of menstrual bleeding
girl see’s cream discharge she is still in the state of menstrual bleeding
girl then notices white/clear discharge now she is in a state of non-bleeding
not long after she is noticing colors in the discharge again..should she be doing all the things that a woman is allowed to do when not on a period?
Is it better to wait when one is experiencing spotting that isn’t continuous or do they have to Pray when in between there is white discharge?
and if one does ghusl pray then notices discharge that has a color to it, then there is white discharge do they have to repeat ghusl again..what if this is happening again and again?

Concerning discharge and its colours it is narrated by sayyidatina ayesha radhiyallahu anha that the women who send their menstrual clothes to the wives of rasululaah salallaahu alahu wasallam to ask if they are clean from their haidh. Rasulullaah salalaahu alayhi wa sallam replied, ” do not hasten till you see pure white discharge.” (tirmidhi).
All colours besides white will be regarded to be haidh if in the period of haidh. Heavy flow is not necesary to be regarded as haidh.If there was a long gap from the last aidh and the bleeding comes it will be regarded s a change of habit. Remember the minimum period for haidh is three days and maximum is ten. The period between the two will be a minimum of 15 days without a maximum period specified.If in the haidh period the spotting is noticed it will be regarded as the days of haidh. wHITE DISCHARGE IS NOT FROM HAIDH.

I need to ask you that will touching of private organ break ablution.
Also, after urinating & complete istinja I observe whenever I press my organ some minor quantity of drops come out, I am not sure if it is water or urine. I see it as water because when we wash our organ some water gets inside it and when we press it , it comes out. Could you please help will it be necessary to do intinja again if we press organ and some drops come out.

It seems you do suffer from urine droplet problem. It is quite a common problem and alhamdulillaah the solution for the inconvenience has been provided. All you do is to move around and also press out everything before making istinjaa. This is called istibraa.

I have been suffering from Itching. I take bath through Neem tree leaves water so itching doesn’t occur. Mashallah it has improved. My question is that if Neem Tree leaves boiled and mixed with normal and I take bath from it, will it be paak water for bath purpose, will my bath be valid after janabat.

All pubic hairs as well as hairs under armpitsshould be removed regularly, weekly if possible, If unable then forth nightly. It should be left unshaved for more then 40 days.All hairs around the private part should be shaved .

ASSALAAMU ALAYKUM
If one breaks his wudhu in salaah then he should immediately make salaam, leave the jamaat and go and make wudhu. The best will be then to join the jamaat afresh.
If this happens to an imaam then he should pull and put someone from the back to take over his place.If people at the back are not aware what to do the he should break the salaah by salaam and ask someone else to lead the prayer.
If the imaam reads three instead of two, it will be preferable to join a rakaat to it and make it four and then make sajdah sahwa in the last rakaat. in such a case where he did not sit in tashahud in the second the first two will be regarded as taraaweeh and the other two will be regarded as nafl.

in surah baqarah , the issue of sexual relatonship with the wife is mentioned. Here is an explanation of the aayah as it appears in tafsir jalaalain :-
{ نِسَآؤُكُمْ حَرْثٌ لَّكُمْ فَأْتُواْ حَرْثَكُمْ أَنَّىٰ شِئْتُمْ وَقَدِّمُواْ لأَنْفُسِكُمْ وَٱتَّقُواْ ٱللَّهَ وَٱعْلَمُوۤاْ أَنَّكُمْ مُّلاَقُوهُ وَبَشِّرِ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ }
Your women are a tillage for you, that is, the place where you sow [the seeds of] your children; so come to your tillage, that is, the specified place, the front part, as, in whichever way, you wish, whether standing up, sitting down, lying down, from the front or the back: this was revealed in response to the Jews saying that if a person had vaginal intercourse with his wife from behind, the child would be born cross-eyed; and offer for your souls, righteous deeds, such as saying, ‘In the Name of God’ (bismillāh) when you commence intercourse; and fear God, in what He commands and prohibits; and know that you shall meet Him, at the Resurrection, where He will requite you according to your deeds; and give good tidings, of Paradise, to the believers, who feared Him.
In tafsir of sayyidina ibn abbas ra it is explained as follows :-
{ نِسَآؤُكُمْ حَرْثٌ لَّكُمْ فَأْتُواْ حَرْثَكُمْ أَنَّىٰ شِئْتُمْ وَقَدِّمُواْ لأَنْفُسِكُمْ وَٱتَّقُواْ ٱللَّهَ وَٱعْلَمُوۤاْ أَنَّكُمْ مُّلاَقُوهُ وَبَشِّرِ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ }
(Your women are a tilth for you (to cultivate)) He says: the vulvas of your wives are plantations for your offspring (so go to your tilth) your plantations (as ye will) as you please, from behind or front as long as the penetration is in the pudendum, (and send (good deeds) before you for your souls) righteous children, (and fear Allah) regarding penetrating your wives in their anus or having sex with them during menstruation, (and know that ye will (one day) meet Him) that you will see Him after you die and He will reward you according to your deeds. (Give glad tidings to believers (O Muhammad)) Allah says: give glad tidings, O Muhammad, to the believers, who ward off penetrating their wives in their anus and further abstain from having sex with them when they are menstruating, that Paradise will be theirs.

As for relationship with your spouse in pregnancy , it is permissible.
ALLAH mentions in surah baqarah “-

If clothes are impure by sperm or urine & we normally wash them in conventional washing machines & start offering prayers & other worships after ironing.
Is it necessary to wash them first three times and then wash them in conventional washing machines or simply cleansing them via washing machine is sufficient to make them pure???

It the washing machine has a rinse function in it where it rinses and changes the water cyle then it will be sufficient. In other words if the machine is an automatic washer, however if it does not have a rinse function then we should rinses the clothes out before putting it in to the washing machine.

Dear learned scholar,
Please answer my query soon as it will decide my future. . This is very serious.I used to engage in a lot of masturbation. Now I have stopped. During my stay at a particular relative’s house, I used to watch lots of porn material. Then I did not care about being tahir or najis. I touched about everything in that room and in that building. Sometimes I used to touch things (e.g. bed, sit on chair, tv, remote, modem,door knobs, and various) with hands on which I has najassa(semen/madhi). I don’t remember which thing I touched with my hands wet with semen/madhi and which thing with dried hands of semen/madhi and which with clean hands. Sometimes I used to sit on chairs with soiled clothes.After I left the place , people must have touched things and then clean things which also got najis. So now I want to go back to live there? Now I pray and stay tahir. What should I do if I have to go ack there.Is everything there najees? Is there anyway to clean everything? Or should I consider that place to be najis forever? How can I clean tv,,mobile,laptop, fridge, microwave,sofas, shelves. People used to come in that room Are they impure too?

Pls advise if urine and dung of Cow, Goat and Camel is pak or napak (najis)
ASSALAAMU ALAYKUM
The ung an urine of all animals that are regarded as edible and that are herbivorous by nature is regarded as najaasat khafeefah(lighter impurity) and requires washing if it occupies more than a quarter of the object, eg if it covers more than a quarter of the sleeve then washing it is compulsory.

i want to ask a question. I am a disable person, due to spinal cord injury and cant walk, and use wheel chair for daily activities. Can i use mud of Tayyumum instead of Wudu. I prefer wudu but my mother is old lady so can i do tayyumum. I cannt ask my mother many times to make me Wuhu. Also i cant control my urine and their is no isstanja for me as i used to keep urine tube which is passed to my urine bladder all time.
Do suggest me.

Since you are mobile by means of a wheelchair, tayyamum will not be permissible. However i suggest the you perform wudhu for your dhuhr salaah about 15 mins beffore dhuhr time elapses and as the time of asr sets in to perform asar with the same wudhu. Do the same for maghrieb and eshaa.Thios will ease the burden and also be a means of ease for your aged mother, Insha ALLAH.
